Beautiful fully furnished home just steps away from it all. 3 Bedrooms with plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, all linens included.TV with Satellite, DVD player, Wireless Internet. Gated backyard. Property has a pool and community center with BBQ and table/chairs for family gatherings with lots of grassy space for the kids to play. Horse shoe pitt next to pool. Area amenities include scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, sunset cruises, ATV rentals. Enjoy your days on the beach and beautiful sunsets at night.

Why Ron Young or Norene Sullivan chose San Carlos

My wife and I finally found our lil slice of paradise in San Carlos. After staying here on our honey moon we knew that some day we would have to come back. It was our dream to own a place that we could bring our family for vacations and/or just get away from it all. We can't live there full time but we get away every chance we can. So, when we are not there we really want others to enjoy it as well.

What makes this house unique

The pace of this tiny fishing town with its massive marina is absolutely breathtaking. The beaches are all different and have very few people at one time to share them with. Its a great place to just slow down time and forget about where you came from. The restaurants are fun to visit and the food is authentic, fresh and very low priced. This town has all the benefits of other vacations spots but without all the tourism and hype.
