LUXURY VILLA ON GATED RESORT, HEATED POOL, GAMES ROOM

It is quite easy to write this review as everything about our stay was excellent and memorable for the right reasons. All contacts with the owners were courteous and prompt and their representative in the ground is also prompt and responsive for the minor points we needed to clear with him.
The villa is actually much more spacious and naturally light and airy than the photos appear; a perfect place to unwind after a hard day at the theme parks or malls, which are situated maximum 20 minutes (florida mall, blizzard beach is about 10-12 mites away). The villa is very clean, with a few totally minor internal bumps and scrapes which is natural with a rental property.
The pool and pool area are excellent : plenty of space to eat breakfast there every morning while the kids played in the pool.
Lake Berkley is a well maintained, very secure estate - it is 3kms around the perimeter and you can run/walk all around on paved paths. It is also very well located, other reviews have mentioned the nearby Walmart but also within a 5 km radius you have excellent Mexican (el tenampa), Indian (taste of Punjab), Moroccan (king o'falafel), and of course American cuisine (too many to list!) at reasonable prices.
We personally loved all the Disney parks including the water parks, blizzard beach being the favorite for our kids of 9 and 7. We were not so mpressed with the outlet malls, we found better value in the Florida Mall which has 'regular' shops, not end of season or odd size/ unusual colour clear outs.

We would highly recommend staying at BlueSky villa for you want a clean, well equipped, ggood location, safe, professionally managed holiday rental.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Florida at the end of June/ beginning of July 2012. Our stay was enhanced by our fantastic accommodation at this villa. This villa has everything that a family needs. It's location is ideal as it's very close to parks and shopping areas. As it's in a gated community, it provides a feeling of safety and security. The house itself is very well kept and very clean. Although we had minimum contact with the management company, any time that we did call Alan he was always very helpful and obliging. We would also like to thank Phill and Carolyn (owners) whom we found extremely courteous and helpful prior to our departure. We would certainly recommend this villa to anybody visiting Florida!
