If your prescription for the perfect vacation is a big dose of relaxation, then this may be the place for you. No hassles getting to the beach- no parking, no trolleys, just an easy stroll down the private walkway. Because the adjoining land is undeveloped green space, the beach here is extremely low density. A sparkling private pool is surrounded by extensive decking and lounge seating along with a gazebo for outdoor dining. Inside the condo, there are three bedrooms: a master with queen bed and private bathroom, children's bedroom with a double and twin bunk combination, and a third bedroom with a double bed. There is an additional bathroom with complete laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and spacious family room. The family room features a large screen TV/DVD with surround sound capacity, digital cable with children's channel package added, along with CATV/DVD in children's room and CATV in Master. Wireless internet is provided throughout. There is an extensive collection of games, puzzles and arts and crafts. The kitchen is supplied with microwave, ice maker, blender, brew coffee maker, gourmet cookware. Patio overlooking pool and deck with picnic table and Adirondack furniture, grill available. Tennis and golf directly across the street. All equipment needed for crabbing, surf fishing, or kite flying is provided as well as beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie and skim boards. Mini-golf, go-karts, kayaking, museums, restaurants, take-out BBQ and sea food as well as great shopping are all within easy biking or driving distance. If you have a four wheel drive vehicle, you can explore the off road beaches for even more adventure and privacy. Corolla is still OBX the way it used to be!
Over the years, we have especially enjoyed coming to the OBX from Williamsburg, sometimes on the spur of the moment since it is a relatively short commute (2 hours). If your vacation travels are going to take you through the Williamsburg area, we would be happy to suggest some local travel tips!

We love the fact this section of the beach is next door to one of the only undeveloped green spaces in Corolla. Even in the height of the season, you can sit on the beach and be alone. This place is a treasure...private, but yet close enough to great places to eat and play.
Our condo offers the best location available in a small community of only 30 total units. It is set far enough away from the deck and pool to provide privacy and quiet, yet directly across the street from both tennis and golf. A second floor location provides fantastic views as well as solitude and quiet.
The North Carolina Outer Banks are unique in that this barrier island offers wide beaches with old time, unhurried vacation style. From the 1950's style fishing village of Hatteras, to Jockey's Ridge, where the Wright Brothers perfected first flight, to the secluded unpaved off-road beaches of the northern-most part of the island, there is world of things to do and explore. Corolla is a perfect location from which to base your vacation- one of the most private parts of OBX, yet home to some of the best beaches and restaurants.

Mandatory State and County occupancy taxes of 12.75% on all OBX rentals. Security deposit is required but is fully refundable within seven days of check out pending no damage. Trip cancellation/travel insurance available through this website.
Occupancy limited to members of family-oriented groups; no pets by Homeowner Association rules. Saturday to Saturday rentals during June, July and August.
One half payment due for reservation confirmation; remainder due thirty days prior to stay unless reservation is mades less than thirty days prior to arrival. In that case, total is due for reservation confirmation.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
