Luxurious Condo! Breathtaking Views of the Lake!! Has Elevator!!

This gorgeous, comfortable and relaxing condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the main channel! Convenient location right in the heart of all that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!

The kitchen is fully equipped with an assortment of cooking utensils, flat ware, coffee maker, wine glasses, blender..etc. You can enjoy your meals and drinks at the breakfast bar, dining room table, or on the tiled balcony overlooking the lake while enjoying music on the outdoor stereo speakers.

The family room is furnished with a new sofa and love seat along with an electric fireplace for cozy nights. Cuddle up in front of the fireplace and watch tv on your 32' inch flat screen tv.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and sliding patio doors that walk right out to your balcony. The private master bathroom has a whirlpool tub to relax in after a long day and a separate shower.

Both guest bedrooms are steps away from the second bathroom with combo shower/tub.

The condo also offers a walk in utility room with a washer and dryer for you convenience.

Grandview Point is a small complex of just two buildings and 36 units total. The pool and docks are a short elevator ride or walk from the condo. There is a boat launch on site and Captain Bob's Boat Rental is right next door. Only five minutes from grocery stores, movie theatre, golf courses, and 110 store Outlet Mall.

If your looking for some night life, you can walk right across the street to 'Dog Days' lakeside restaurant and bar and enjoy watching the boats while listening to live music.

This condo was perfect for a girl's weekend! (It would be great for couples or families as well.) We really enjoyed the location. It was centrally located between shopping and all our favorite restaurants. The view of the lake was great being on the 2nd floor. The ease of access from the main highway was really nice and quick. It was well stocked with plenty of basics, nice dishes and bedding, clean, and beautifully decorated and spacious. Everything was very well coordinated. The pictures and description on the website were accurate. It was nice to be able to walk over to Dog Days for refreshments. We would definitely recommend this condo to others. (Except when we want to rent it of course!) The contact person was readily available.

Nothing short of top notch. Upon entering the condo you will immediately know that you have chosen the right place, completely sets the mood for a wonderful weekend. Everything is exactly the way it is portrayed and better. The pictures do not do the condo justice. Stayed here with a group of 6 for three nights and everything was fantastic. Past the high quality, little attentive details were taken care of that speaks volumes for the professionalism. There were instructions for the premise on how things worked and where things were located, all the way down to the wifi code. On top of that there were extra everything: cooking utensils, blow up bed, pillows, cleaning supplies, even fishing poles. Lets not forget the location, literally right across the street from Dog Days. Made everything extremely convenient for dinner and drinks with the group. Once again top notch. I will be staying here again.
