3 bedroom apartment sleeps six, near to shops, restaurants, bars & beach

This apartment is an older Spanish style apartment and basically equipped for 6 people,

It has English TV so you will not miss all your programmes from back home! And 2 or 3 Spanish programmes.

It has a nice large sunny south facing patio with table & chairs.

It has 3 bedroom, 2 with double beds and the third with 2 single beds,both double bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space and the twin room has a chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is equipped with cooker, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave, off the kitchen is a separate wash room with washing machine.

The apartment benefits from hot & cold air-conditioning which is now included in the rental price.

Outside of the patio there is a large tiled communal area which is safe for children as no cars are allowed.

There is no communal pool with this apartment but 2 minutes walk there is a Bar, Restaurant, Swimming Pool 'Olympia' that you can use for a small daily fee (seasonal for the pool).

Wonderful experience. Derek met us at the propety and was really helpful. Provided us with beach towels which was a great help. The apartment is basic but very clean and tidy and excellent value for money. It is in a great position, very quiet at night but close enough to walk to beaches. The beaches in this area are fabulous, clear water with gentle slope into sea, lovely and sandy, not stoney, and lovely and clean Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Schöne Lage, Objekt wie beschrieben

Das Reihenhaus hat eine optimale Lage. Zum Meer nur ein paar Minuten und alle notwendigen Läden sind ohne Auto zu erreichen. Schöne Anlage und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gross und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings wäre mir das Objekt für 6 Personen zu klein. Ein schönes fast neues Badezimmer. Auf der ummauerten Terrasse steht ein kl. Gartenhaus mit allen notwendigen Utensilien für den Strand und auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Gute Ausgangslage für Besichtigungen. Auch für Ferien ohne Auto sehr gut, da der Vermieter einen Abholservice vom Flughafen anbietet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen netten Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Appartement sale !
Cuisine grasse jusqu'à l'intérieur des placards et des ustensiles.
Pas de volet ou de rideau occultant à la baie vitrée : réveil tous les jours avec le lever du soleil !
Système électrique approximatif : il faut choisir climatisation ou lumière !!
CAFARDS à profusion dans le quartier donc dans la location : horrible.
Je déconseille cette location à quiconque.

Mil Palmeras is situated in a small community south of Torrevieja (15 kilometres) it has a long sandy beach, you can walk to Campoamor along the beach.

There is a water park in Torrevieja (open in the summer) also a shopping centre (Habaneras) which has a cinema (films with English speaking earphones for some films), ten pin bowling, casino bars & restaurants.

The beach is a 4 minute walk away then down steps, there is a slope further along if you are walking with a pushchair and don't want to walk down the steps.

Benidorm is approximately 1hour 45minutes away where there is the theme park (Terramitica) and a wild life & water park (Terranatura).

There is an equestrian centre near Cabo Roig (3 kilometres). With a large restaurant.

Also a large Carrefour Hypermarket in Torrevieja and a smaller Carrefour Market store in Pilar de la Horadada.

Notes There is a €60 end of stay clean to pay on arrival.
If travelling by bus from Alicante - Torrevieja a €15 fee is due.
Anything in the apartment that is broken must be replaced with goods of the same or similar quality or money is paid for replacements.
We can arrange for a welcome pack to be put in the apartment for your arrival good for if you are arriving on a late flight or on a fiesta day.
25% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking to reserve dates, 75% final payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Deposit must be paid within 3 working days to secure booking.
