Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in La Horadada, Spain

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• There is a 60euro end of stay clean to pay on arrival.
  Beach towels can be hired for duration of your stay p.o.a.
  We ask that anything in the apartment that is broken is replaced with goods of the same or similar quality or money is paid for replacements.
  We can arrange for a welcome pack to be put in the apartment for your arrival (good for if you are arriving on a late flight or on a fiesta day and shops are closed). 25euro for a basic pack or p.o.a. for individual requirements.
  A basic pack consists of:
  Bread, butter, jam, orange juice, 5 litres of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bottle of red or white wine, 6 larger, 6 eggs, bacon.
  If you require an individual pack you can state what items you require and we will endeavor to do our best to accommodate.
  A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking, then the final 75% is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
• We can arrange airport transfers from Alicante or Murcia (50euro from Alicante for up to 4 people or Murcia price on request). Prices for extra passengers on application.
  Please note:- when travelling by bus from Alicante airport to Torrevieja there will be an additional €15 check in fee due to the ammount of time spent waiting at apartment.
  We can also arrange for the hire of baby equipment to be delivered to the apartment (travel cots with bedding, wooden cots with bedding, high chairs, push chairs/buggies, box of toys etc) p.o.a.
  There is a safe for the use of renters at no additional charge.
  Please note that it is the responsibility of the renter to make sure that they have adequate health and liability insurance as it is not the responsibility of the owner
  Check in is after 14.00 on arrival day and check out is 10.00 on day of departure, but we will do our best to accomodate earlier arrivals or later departure.
