Enjoy a stay at this vacation getaway located on Canandaigua Lake. From the moment you arrive, you will see the beauty of this lakeside resort known as Bristol Harbour and all that it has to offer.

This condo is an end unit that allows you privacy along with the comforts of being surrounded by water and nature. Take in your retreat overlooking the lake and the sandy beach by watching a sunrise or sunset right from your own balcony.

The three level unit also offers the largest floor plan available within the Bristol Harbour community, with 2500 square feet of living space and 5 bedrooms! A condo that is spacious enough to share with extended family or friends.

The main level has a fully renovated, galley style kitchen with a double oven and convection microwave along with a comfortable breakfast nook. Just down the hall is the great room with a large sectional sofa and a new 50 inch flat screen TV with digital cable. There is also a dining room area with a table for family style meals.

The upper level will lead you to a master bedroom suite, with a king size bed, where you have views of the lake through the picturesque style window. There is also a TV/DVD player with cable along with a private bathroom. Down the hallway, is another bedroom that includes a twin over full-size bunk bed along with a crib.

Take the stairs down to the lower level and you will find 3 more bedrooms. Two of them with pillow-top queen size beds and one with 2 comfy full size beds. There is also a second full bathroom along with a washer and dryer. All the conveniences of home.

We live about 50 minutes away from Canandaigua in Webster, NY. This condo is a 'home away from home' for us where we can enjoy awesome views of the lake!

We chose this location because we have vacationed at Bristol Harbour in the past with our own family and friends and wanted to continue that tradition. Purchasing our own condo has given us the opportunity to share with others all the wonderful things that Canandaigua Lake has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Resort living with a sandy beach, pool and hot tub, golf course, tennis, restaurant, spa and skiing all close by.
