1. LOCATION - From our front door it's an 8 minute walk across down the street to the free tram and Downtown Disney which takes you directly to the park. Or walk straight to the entrance in 15 minutes! Later in the day, walk back for a homemade lunch or treat yourself to a refreshing nap before heading back out for the evening.
2. SIZE MATTERS - At 1548 sq. ft. our town home is the largest model in the complex. We have sleeping for 8 on beds and 9 with comfort. Don't worry about sleeping on the floor!
3. FREE 2 CAR ATTACHED PARKING GARAGE - Disneyland parking for two cars at $32 per day vs. our town home that includes a private 2 car attached garage for free! Combine that savings with the location of our home and you will quickly realize the convenience and savings we offer our guests.

Please note that because we tend to book at least a month or two in advance, if the number of nights a guest stays are reduced or cancelled within 14 days of arrival, refunds can only be made if the unit can be rented out for the nights cancelled (up to 50% of total). Cancellations from 15-30 days before arrival = refund of 60% of total invoice. Cancellations from 30-45 days before arrival = refund of 70% of total invoice. Cancellations from 46-60 days before arrival = refund of 80% of total invoice. 90% refund for cancellations made 61-90 days before arrival. 95% refund for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival.
