At nearly 1600 square feet, our 3BR/2.5BA walking distance town home is a bargain that is hard to beat!

Our DISNEY town home is located across the street from the Disneyland Resort, right in the heart of the best sights and sounds Orange County and Southern California has to offer.

1. LOCATION - From our front door it's an 8 minute walk across down the street to the free tram and Downtown Disney which takes you directly to the park. Or walk straight to the entrance in 15 minutes! Later in the day, walk back for a homemade lunch or treat yourself to a refreshing nap before heading back out for the evening.

2. SIZE MATTERS - At 1548 sq. ft. our town home is the largest model in the complex. We have sleeping for 8 on beds and 9 with comfort. Don't worry about sleeping on the floor!

Please note that because we tend to book at least a month or two in advance, if the number of nights a guest stays are reduced or cancelled within 14 days of arrival, refunds can only be made if the unit can be rented out for the nights cancelled (up to 50% of total). Cancellations from 15-30 days before arrival = refund of 60% of total invoice. Cancellations from 30-45 days before arrival = refund of 70% of total invoice. Cancellations from 46-60 days before arrival = refund of 80% of total invoice. 90% refund for cancellations made 61-90 days before arrival. 95% refund for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival. This allows us to maintain higher occupancy rates and pass our savings on to our valued guests. Thank you for understanding.

Easy to Disneyland, perfect for our family

Christmas vacation

After traveling for two days and picking up grandma halfway we made it to the house late. When we arrived we couldn't get in!! Dennis and his wife answered the phone immediately and helped us get it and stayed on the phone until we were inside. The house was clean and roomy. It was a very quick walk to the Disney tram. There is also a walkin clinic very close in case of illness (I got a severe case of strep throat). Huntington Beach is only about 30 minutes away as well. We had a great time and we will definitely look for this place next time we come to california!

Close and convenient

Very easy to rent this house from the owners. They answered our questions every time very quickly. We walked to the entrance most of the time instead of taking the tram, which was very close too. Our 3 children and grandma really loved the size and everything was comfortable as if we were at home. Thank you so much for letting us stay there. Perfect for our family vacation

We looked and looked around before we decided to stay here. We are sure glad we did. The place is easy to rent and the information was provided by the owners very quickly. They were really helpful to when we had any questions. We didn't have a big saucepan and they were so generous to bring it to us the night we got there. We really liked the space as the rooms were pretty big compared to an "ordinary sized room" lol. It was perfect!

VERY DIRTY

This place is in a great location no doubt, and the process of renting this was a piece of cake. I always read the reviews yet have never written one till now. I know that if someone before me had spoke up about what this place was really like, we would have done things different and hopefully had a much better vacation experience for the cost of it all. It's simply very old and uncared for. I do not know who is responsible for cleaning this place but filthy is an understatement which made it impossible to get comfortable and relax. To make things worse, the one day we had to hang out and swim, the pool was full of leaves and what looked like fuzz - grass clippings ??? Kids still took the plunge anyhow... next day it looked very clean :(( oh well.

Owner's Response: We are quite devastated to hear you had such a horrible stay. Unfortunately, we did not hear anything from you until we read the review. We just wish you would have called us as I mentioned it would have been no problem if you wanted to leave the night you arrived for a full refund (as you had said you were contemplating very seriously about it). Regardless of the rating, we are happy you decided to stay and save a lot of money (as I am sure you checked out the rates in the area) for being able to sleep 8 people including 6 kids on our last minute special rates!

We get a lot of guests from our surrounding drivable states because they love our value. Yes, sometimes everything isn't 100% perfect, but we try and be as available as possible by phone, text, or email. As a fellow small business owner I hope you can understand (as I am sure you feel the same way) that our guests' happiness is always the #1 priority.

Unfortunately, we are not in charge of the association pool - I am sorry there were grass clipping in there. I did see we had high winds one day you were here - so I assume that is where the fuzz came from, but I am delighted to hear it was removed the next day? But I just want to assure you that we had nothing to do with this.

I'm not sure if this was the cause for the 1 star review as I did walk through the unit after the cleaners were there and I have to respectfully disagree with the assessment that is was very dirty. Yes, it probably could have used a deep cleaning (which sometimes gets put off due to the popularity of our units as we seldom get large chunks of open dates because we are the BEST value in this area by far). I know all of our guests have different expectations and we try our best to meet those at any cost, but I have to disagree as other potential guests who are reading this will get the wrong impression.

We completely understand that every guest has certain things they find more or less desirable than other guests, that is why we always want our guests to let us know their concerns. Honestly, we would be there within an hour to address anything and everything - unfortunately, we just never had this opportunity.

If you ever come back let us know and we will certainly make sure everything is well taken care of while offering you an unbeatable deal. We pride ourselves on the value we offer and are thankful for the many guests who keep coming back to us time after time.

Couldnt be happier!!!!!

Stayed here September of 2013. Dennis and his wife were wonderful in every single way possible. I even had to call in the middle of the night because I couldn't figure out the T.V. I will never go to Disney Land with out checking to see if they have availability for us. The pool in the complex was clean and convenient and Disney Land was with in walking distance. Dennis and his wife even made sure there was shampoo and conditioner in the house so we didn't have to travel with it. I can not say enough nice things about this place and them.
