1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Unit With A Waterfront View

Our unit is 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and 1 bathroom elevated on stilts. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, large balcony and a living room with a recliner and couch. The couch also folds out into a bed. The living room faces the river with sliding glass doors that lead straight to the balcony. The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. All linens are provided as well. Outside your unit are stairs that lead down to a dock. You will have a private boat ramp on the property and dock space to park your boat.

The Homosassa River area offers great boating, fishing and nature activities. We are just a 15 minute boat ride from the springs which stays a constant 72 degrees year round. The springs are great for swimming year round and viewing the manatees during the winter. The Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park is just a 5 minute car ride from our location. The park has a wide variety of animals and offers an underwater observatory to view the manatees. There are also many excellent restaurants on and off the river for you to enjoy.
