Two Bedroom Apartments in the heart of Miami Beach perfect location

Our two bedroom units offer 1,280 Sq. Ft. of living area featuring one (1) king size in master bedroom with a modern closet, two (2) queen size beds in the guest bedroom, modern bathrooms with showers and italian fixtures, spacious living room with a futon or sofa bed for additional guests, dinning table, custom Italian kitchen by Venete Cuccine fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, Bosch appliances and granite counter tops, 9ft. ceilings, washer and dryer.

Municipal parking spaces/meters are available for purchase in segments of up to 24 hours and located in front of property. Miami Beach Deco Bikes Station 206 located on Collins Ave and 26th Street. Access to the beach and board walk half a block from the property.

We have four similar properties in this beautiful condominium. Check with us for availability.

Units available for the Holiday Season (Dec. 22 to January 6th), Boat Show, Music Conference, Ultra, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and many other highlighted events in Miami and Miami Beach. Special monthly and group rates available so please inquire with us

The Silvia Miami Beach Is a brand new boutique 6-unit condo complex ready for immediate occupancy. Located in the heart of Miami Beach on Collins and 27th street just a block away from the beautiful beaches of Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Each unit features custom Italian kitchens by Venete Cuccine, Bosch appliances and granite counter tops, 9ft. ceilings, washer and dryer. As well as ECO new high impact windows and our suite offers an spectacular private terrace suitable for entertaining, breakfast or just to enjoy the sunset. All units are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay as much pleasant.

• If you book your reservations more than 45 days in advance from the date of your check-in, The Silvia Rentals requires 50% of the entire booking including the security deposit. The remaining 50% is due between 45 days and 21 days from the date of the check-in

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make note as our cancellation policy has changed and it is effective March 1st, 2013:

• If you cancel between 45 days 21 days before check-in, we will return 50% of your booking and your security deposit will be forfe
