First bedroom having a queen bed and second bedroom with two twin beds. One full bath and complete kitchen with microwave. This home is equipped with Direct T.V.. Included are linens and charcoal grill. Lakefront deck with patio table and furniture.

Additional information about rental rates

Reservation deposit is 50% of total rental, due upon making reservation; remaining balance due two weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to arrival date it will result in full refund less $50.00. If cancellation occurs less than 90 days prior to arrival date all monies paid will be forfeited by renter.
Fees And Taxes There is a $65.00 cleaning fee for any stay. A $300.00 security/damage deposit is required and would be refunded within one week of departure providing no theft, damage or smoking or pets have occurred.

There is a Michigan 6% sales tax on all rentals.
Please bring any beach and water toys along with beach towels. Please no pets. Limited occupancy to 4 people. Absolutely no RV's, campers or tents are permitted for overnight stay on property. All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, check in time is 3:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am.
