Antica Corte Milanese is a fully renovated house, which has maintained the typical Milan style in almost each details. In the ancient courtyard, the B&B is born to give new life to the houses that look at the inner court. It offers 5 types of apartments, all with double rooms with private toilet, with independent entrance, living room and kitchen corner.
The early 19th century Villa has been divided with comfort and privacy in mind. Guests find the rooms furnished and equipped with necessities. The Villa is centrally located in a small quaint Italian town, full of greenery, small shops and boutiques.
Antica Corte Milanese is near Milan Fair. It is easily attainable by car in just 5 minutes (4 km) or with public transport; and only 3 stops down the Fieramilanocity with S line. In fact it is located just a stones throw away from the S line station (FNM), which connects you to the center of Milan in 15 minutes and to Malpensa Airport in 40 minutes.
the court: In an ancient courtyard, which has maintained the typical Milan style in almost each details, the B&B is born to give new life to the houses that look at the inner court. It offers 5 types of apartments, all with double rooms with private toilet, with independent entrance, living room and kitchen corner.
The accommodation is independent with respect to host family, with private rooms, fitted kitchen in order to prepare meals autonomously, two bathrooms, living room, use of laundry, internal parking. ADSL Wi-Fi internet connection may be obtained upon request together with various printed material for consultation.
Massive vaulted street door should be noted, together with wooden beams showing which stand out amongst the pastel wall colours, the stone balcony and characteristic cobbled courtyard from which the name 'Antica Corte Milanese' derives.
Ideal for both business tourism (considering the vicinity with respect to new Milan fair situated in Rho 4 km and FieraMilanoCity – 3 stops), and for those who want to visit Milan, taking advantage of the convenient stop of the S line at 100 mt. Indeed, it is possible to leave the car in the internal courtyard, subsequently freely moving around with public transport.
The vicinity with respect to motorway of Milan Fair and Cormano renders it easy to reach the B&B from any direction. From the Milanese airports one may arrive with the S line (Malpensa Express) and with the underground.
The environment where one is immersed maintains the original aspect of the courtyards built by the Milanese millers of the beginning of the twentieth century, just outside the small town doors, surrounded in those days by countryside and moorland. Years ago, in fact, the building accommodated a famous press for oil, a grinder for cereals, two shops with cellar, guest rooms and a barn for the carts.
The interior with high ceilings and thick walls, allows one to appreciate the pleasures of staying outside a large city, far from traffic, in a small urban island within reach of public transport. The vicinity to pedestrian area should be noted, together with public parks, cycling tracks, swimming pool and other sports’ facilities, shops with typical products, restaurants, cinema, riding school, markets and supermarkets. Suggestive are some views of old streets in the small town, together with restored farmsteads, ancient and modern churches, small courtyards and shady gardens and mountain tops.
It was a rainy Sunday afternoon when we caught the train from Malpense Airport into Novate Milanese. Three travelers heading into unknown territory. But no better sound to hear than Beatrice's voice through the intercom after we rolled our bags through quiet streets to the door of Antica Corte Milanese. A warm welcome and a delightful apartment set the stage for a brilliant vacation experience. I can't recommend this villa highly enough. The friendly town people, the great local food, the proximity to rail all add up to the best. The experience was so good here that I've had set it aside as a benchmark...I don't know that we could ever attain this again. This was our hub to Milan Centro, Venice, Cuomo/Bellagio, Liguria, Portofino and a weekend trip down to Florence. A short train ride to Quarto Oggiaro gets you to the Coop for great food shopping (should you not find what you need locally on Via Repubblica). So for an "in country" Italian experience, a chance to try out your new language skills and close proximity to Milan, Antica is your place. We came open and excited and left with new friends and wonderful memories. I definitely plan to return one day. Tell Beatrice "Ciao" from Marla and Kerry if our recommendation helps your decision.
I wasnt overly impressed with our stay at Antica Corte. may be because the apt we were given wasn't the one promised. it was dark, somewhat clean, very small stove and sink, TV remote didn't work and it faced the main street where the bar is and noisy all night.
Owner was helpful. very convenient to visit Milan. restaurant he reserved was very nice.
We are a family of four with two young boys. We absolutely loved this property and rate it highly. We arrived to Antica after a stressful flight into Milan, and a stressful drive to Milanese. After arriving to the address, and finding this beautiful B&B hidden behind big private wooden gates, it was like an oasis. We found the hosts, Beatice and Marco, delightful and always helpful. The property itself was really charming and beautifully old world. We stayed in the two bed apartment, and it was lovely. The boys were thrilled to have their own room. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.
It was also great to have use of the laundry.
Our hosts were lovely, inviting our two young boys in, to play in their divine garden and with their family dogs, which our kids thought was fab.
The little village of Novate Milanese, is small but quaint, and has everything you need, and only minutes walk away.
We loved it here, and would stay again without a doubt. We had been traveling for 2 weeks already, and my boys really wanted to stay here longer, which is a testament in itself.
Graze to Beatrice and Marco

Milano is a busy city with lots of people and much to see.
But at the and of a busy tourist day it is very nice to rest somewhere
Such a place is "antica corte milanese".
If you come by car you better have a navigationsystem. But once you are
in front of
the big wooden gate, it will open and you can park your car easy and
safe with all
your belongings in the big courtyard inside.
4 buildings suround the courtyard and in 2 of them you'll find the

There is nothing to criticize except maybe moscitonets in front of the

Another highlight is the trainstation nearby (that you don't hear at
night, 5 minutes walk).
For 1,50 euro you can get every 30 minutes on a train to the center of
Milano (15 minutes trainride). No need to take the car (horror).
Trainriding is cheap in Italy. I went to the oldtimer rallye in Brescia
for 4,10 euro, 1hour 15 minutes away from Milano. Even at rushhour we
found a seat every time. No problem with the baby-carriage. We went also
to Como by train. Cheap, fast and comfortable.
Next to the entrance of "antica corte milanese" you'll find a
supermarket with all you need for your own cooking or breakfast. Very
good fruits, vegetables and fine cheese.
In the other direction the street is closed for traffic and you'll find
one of the best icecream shops ever with reasonable prices and a very
good pizzeria and many shops and bars for the locals. Nice to be without
We were there for a conference and extented the stay to a week and
didn't regret it.
There is lots to see in Milano and the whole region. Try it out.
I have stayed here on two occasions and would highly recommend it, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean, well equipped, and serviced daily, you will also have the use of secure parking which is hard to find in Milan. There is also ample shops, restaurants, bars and cash machines in the area, and my favorites are the family run bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner, the grocery shop two doors down is also very handy. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Milan in September.
Antica Corte Milanese was a brilliant haven for a family of travellers who had driven many miles to take in some of the famous sites of Milan (The Last Supper and the Cathedral) and to indulge in some fashion retail therapy. The apartment provided every facility we needed, was quiet and warm and the ability to use a laundry was much appreciated too! Secure off-street parking and the private courtyard meant we enjoyed peace of mind and nice quiet surrounds. Beatrice and her family were unfailingly helpful and charming and made us feel right at home. The train service a block away was a great way to get around without the need of a car. We'd love to go back one day.

Milan has a strategically convenient location, 1 h form the Swiss Alps and lakes, 1 h from Genoa & the sea, 11/2 h drive to France(Cote d'Azur), 1 h from Verona(Opera in the Arena) and the famous Lake Garda. Como lake is 40 km.
