The Secret Suite is a Secret Gem!

I was planning on going to St. Thomas with two other friends and we initially were looking into hotels, but found it very difficult to find a place at a reasonable price, with Wifi, on the East End of the island. Just days before the trip, I contacted David and everything turned around. Not only was David incredibly friendly from the get go, but he also provided all the information we would need to have a great stay.
And the place... just wow. We pulled up to the house and automatically felt like, this is the vacation we were hoping for. The pool has an amazing view and is maintained every day. We had the grill and outdoor tables and pool chairs all to ourselves. In the morning we would wake up with a swim and breakfast on the deck looking out into the ocean, and at night we would light the torches and eat dinner by the pool.
Inside the unit was equally as comfortable. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you could need and the couches, TV, and beds all seem relatively new. We could turn the A/C on at night and got a great nights sleep. Strong WiFi, all the cable channels I was looking for, just an all-out fully equipped place.
The location is also great. You are minutes away from Secret Harbor Beach (we would drive because we had a car, not sure what the walk is like, but it's still close) and also a few minutes drive from the Ritz and Caribbean Fish Market (a great restaurant!). Also a few minutes drive to Food Center, which is where we would get groceries, as well as the Red Hook Ferry port, which we took to St. John, and all the Red Hook restaurants and bars (really liked Fishtails for a fun,casual brunch or lunch with great food- try their homemade wine vinegar dipping sauce!). Overall, I would highly recommend a car in St. Thomas, there really are almost no sidewalks and very narrow roads. However, make sure you get a car that can handle steep hills (lots of people have Jeeps) because there are many!
During this whole time, any time we had a question, David was so quick to respond and so helpful, and he just made me feel at ease.
I would recommend the Secret Suite to anyone and when we go back to St. Thomas, this is where we are staying! Thank you David and Andrew for making our trip so wonderful and memorable!
