Location - this beautiful property, situated in a gated community is within walking distance of every delight and necessity. Located just 1.5 miles from the Street Fair at COD; .5 mile to Starbucks, the grocery store, cleaners, restaurants and Bristol Farms; and only 3 miles to the River or El Paseo - you'll enjoy and appreciate this ideal location. Built in 2002, this home has been meticulously furnished and cared for by the original owners. In 2013, the home was fully refurbished including new carpet; paint; softgoods in all bedrooms; pool tile and deck and all mechanical. It is designed to be enjoyed by a

family, with a spacious kitchen and great room area. This is our home for a portion of the year and we make every effort to keep the house in perfect condition. We ask the same consideration from our renters. No smoking or pets allowed. The main house features three bedrooms; a dining room that seats 8; a large family room with built-in bar and entertainment area (50' TV);a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and large cooking island; and breakfast area that seats 4. The spacious bedrooms in the main house include a Master Bedroom/Master Bath (California King bed) with direct access to the pool area; Guest Suite and bath (California King bed); and an Office/Bedroom combination with high quality twin trundle beds.

There is a detached casita that offers additional privacy and includes a queen size bed and private bath.

All bedrooms feature high quality bedding; new furniture; ceiling fans; color TVs and their own bathrooms*(*with the exception of the office/bedroom combination). The house and grounds feature wireless internet service and includes a high speed DSL computer with printer and fax machine available for

use. The large laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and supplies. There are ample linens and towels for you to use during your stay.

The house is fully air conditioned with two independent systems. Ceiling fans are located in every room, providing a perfect balance to the temperature both inside and out. The outdoor area is an entertainer's delight with a large built-in bar/barbecue island; outdoor living room arrangement situated in a covered patio; al fresco dining for 6; lounge furniture around the

pool; pool floats and toys; and a fire ring. Full length outdoor drapes provide additional protection from the sun, wind or chill - whatever your need might be.

The full size, salt water pool and jacuzzi, with high impact night lighting provides the perfect setting to enjoy the mountain views and surroundings. The gardens have been professionally landscaped and

include tropical plants, palm and citrus trees.

About Owner/Property Manager

This is our second private residence in the desert. Before, we had a 3 bedroom condo in Desert Falls Country Club. With the arrival of our grandchikldren, we wanted a larger family home where we could all be together. 10 years and 4 granddaughters later, we remain delighted with our decision.

This location is amazing! After maintaining a vacation home in this area for 10 years, we were clear where we wanted to be. This was a new development at the time we were looking and it was perfect in every way. Great location, value and neighborhood.

What makes this house unique

We are located in the middle of the desert communities with every service and convenience close by. We can walk to Starbucks, Albertsons, the cleaners and the nail shop. Nothing is better than walking to Golden Spoon at night and getting a yogurt. We believe the walk cancels the calories. Within 3 miles we have shopping, theatres andgreat restaurants

FABULOUS HOUSE; GREAT LOCATION!

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday at this lovely home with family coming and going. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed; wonderful, well stocked kitchen and pantry; lovely pool and spa and outdoor bar area. Centrally located to everything with a great restaurant 1/2 block away next to Albertson's. The only downside was that there is a new subdivision being built across the street that borders along the back wall of the back yard, so concrete and other construction trucks were driving by all day long during the work week, so it wasn't as quiet as we would have liked. We weren't aware of this before we arrived. But this would be only criticism as the house. We had a wonderful stay despite the construction!

Loved Our Stay!!

We just completed our second year's vacation at Terry and Fabian's house. We absolutely love the homey feel of their home, the space and decor is second to none. This is the second year that we have stayed and plan to book again next year for 1 month. The house if fully equipped, you will not even know that you are not at your own home except for the sunny, fun and relaxation.
Terry and Fabian are very accommodating, friendly and so helpful. Thank you both for yet another wonderful holiday.

Great home, Great location

For the past 3 years my husband & I along with his brother & wife have enjoyed this lovely home. The home is close to many restaurants, some within walking distance if you are so inclined. Terry has been very quick to respond to any problem & is very easy to talk to. I would recommend this house to anyone I know. There is a great pizza place, Uncle Dans, a deli, Shermans that has gigantic cream puffs. The Yardhouse & Babes in the River Shopping Center is very good. The Jackalope Ranch in Indio has a nice happy hour on their patio & wonderful scenery. Getting back to the house, it is well stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal. We hope we can return in 2014.
