There is a detached casita that offers additional privacy and includes a queen size bed and private bath.
All bedrooms feature high quality bedding; new furniture; ceiling fans; color TVs and their own bathrooms*(*with the exception of the office/bedroom combination). The house and grounds feature wireless internet service and includes a high speed DSL computer with printer and fax machine available for
use. The large laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and supplies. There are ample linens and towels for you to use during your stay.
The house is fully air conditioned with two independent systems. Ceiling fans are located in every room, providing a perfect balance to the temperature both inside and out. The outdoor area is an entertainer's delight with a large built-in bar/barbecue island; outdoor living room arrangement situated in a covered patio; al fresco dining for 6; lounge furniture around the
pool; pool floats and toys; and a fire ring. Full length outdoor drapes provide additional protection from the sun, wind or chill - whatever your need might be.
The full size, salt water pool and jacuzzi, with high impact night lighting provides the perfect setting to enjoy the mountain views and surroundings. The gardens have been professionally landscaped and
include tropical plants, palm and citrus trees.

This is our second private residence in the desert. Before, we had a 3 bedroom condo in Desert Falls Country Club. With the arrival of our grandchikldren, we wanted a larger family home where we could all be together. 10 years and 4 granddaughters later, we remain delighted with our decision.
This location is amazing! After maintaining a vacation home in this area for 10 years, we were clear where we wanted to be. This was a new development at the time we were looking and it was perfect in every way. Great location, value and neighborhood.
We are located in the middle of the desert communities with every service and convenience close by. We can walk to Starbucks, Albertsons, the cleaners and the nail shop. Nothing is better than walking to Golden Spoon at night and getting a yogurt. We believe the walk cancels the calories. Within 3 miles we have shopping, theatres andgreat restaurants
