3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo Right On Beach

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that can sleep 6-8 comfortably. Includes a King bed, queen bed, full bed and a twin bed, and blow up double mattress if needed. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Open floor plan from kitchen to living room to spectacular lake view! Relax with a glass of wine on the balcony or use the grill for a great dinner. Beach is right out front. Unit is on second floor providing a great view down the lake. Elevator makes for easy accessibility.

We have spent 7 awesome years at this condo building great family memories. We have three kids that have learned to ski, wakeboard, wake surf, tube, paddle board, snow ski, snowmobile, and snowboard up north. We are moving to a cabin on the same Lake and are now looking to rent our condo. We hope you make some great family memories like we have!

Why Carrie Pence chose Charlevoix

I grew up coming to Lake Charlevoix as a kid. My Dad still owns a log cabin on the Lake that he built before I was born. My siblings and our families still spend as much time as we can here. It is where our heart is and my husband and I hope to retire here someday.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is great because it is set up for pure family fun time. It is an open floor plan that lets Mom/Dad be a part of the fun if they happen to be in the kitchen. The second floor balcony has a great view up the Lake. The beach is so close and the swimming area for young kids is defined by the dock so you know right where the drop off is. There is a playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts within walking distance. The 'South Arm' of Lake Charlevoix is warmer and calmer than the 'Big Arm' which is better for swimming and boating. There are also so many great towns to visit that are close by like Charlevoix, Boyne, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, and Traverse City. Or take a day trip to Mackinac Island. Great dining, golf, spas, and shopping are all short drives away.

Lake Charlevoix is a must see being recently rated by USA Today the #2 most beautiful lake in the country just behind Lake Tahoe. It has charming towns to visit including Charlevoix with its drawbridge and channel out to Lake Michigan. Bay Harbor is a short drive where you can visit the 'Pebble Beach of the North' or visit Boyne Mountain for golf, a spa day, biking, Avalanche Bay water park, zip lining, or snow sports such as skiing and snowboarding. All of these attractions are short drives away. There is plenty to do or you can just relax at the beach, read a book, and listen to the waves. Lake Charlevoix is truly a little piece of heaven!
