Located on 6 rolling acres with large trees and plenty of shade, but just minutes away from all of the conveniences of the city of Louisville. Fully renovated in 2005, the main house was featured on HG TV Generation Renovation. Main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a pull out couch bed and a fold down futon-like couch. Just steps away is separate log cabin that was fully renovated in 2008. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and large great room for entertainment. The heated 20' x 40' pool is completely private and has a pool house with changing rooms and bathroom. The property is ideal for entertaining large groups and multifamily events. So many gathering spaces (indoor and outdoor) that you could not possibly use them all. All brand new furniture and beds with memory foam mattresses.

All 3 bedrooms are on 2nd Floor.
Master Bedroom has King Bed and sitting area with 2 chairs and gas fireplace. Master Bath has large jacuzzi tub and stand up shower (hair dryer). TV in this room.
2nd Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and attached bathroom with tub/shower. Glider rocker & ottoman. Flat Screen HD TV in this room.(hair dryer)
3rd Bedroom has 2 Full beds and bathroom with stand up shower.
Washer and Dryer are on 2nd Floor in Hallway closet.
Main Floor has 3 spacious living areas and 2 large dining areas.
Library/Office has Futon-couch and 2 sitting chairs, desk & chair and Golden Tee Golf Arcade Game.
This room exits to the covered patio with stone grilling area and larger multilevel patios shaded by huge tree and overlooking the front hill and back to the cabin and pool.
Next to the Library/Office is the spacious Dining Room with mahogany doors to both the front and back of the house. Large dining table with 8 chairs.
The Dining Area is also next to Main Living room and accessed to the kitchen by hallway.
The main Living Room has 2 large couches and 4 cozy sitting chairs all in sight of the gas fireplace. 42 inch flatscreen HD TV in this room.
The Sun room is carpeted and opens to the Kitchen and casual dining area. This room also has a gas fireplace and 2 couches (1 is pull out bed) with leather lounge chair and 2 additional sitting chairs. The dining area next to the kitchen seats 8 people easily and wet bar between there and kitchen sits an additional 5 people for casual interactions.
Kitchen has updated appliances with electric stove top, dishwasher, oven, coffee pot, refrigerator and Advantium Oven/microwave. We can help arrange catering and will always be available for additional appliance or kitchen tool requests.
Log Cabin/ Guest Home: Heated & Air conditioned
This place is the hidden gem of our property and will make you feel as though you are staying at a Mountain Lodge.
Fully functional Kitchen with Stove/ Oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishwasher.
Main bedroom has 2 Queen beds.
2nd bedroom has 1 full bed.
3rd bedroom is in upstairs A-Frame loft / bonus room and has 1 full bed.
The full bathroom has tub/shower and 2 sinks (hair dryer)
Separate breakfast / dining area next to kitchen ideal for card games as well as meals. Back door opens to old tennis court and pool area.
Pool is large in-ground (20x40) and heated (gunite construction) with 10 foot deep end and steps across front of pool into lower end that starts at 3 feet deep. Black bottom keeps water warm during cool summer nights. Pool house has separate His and Her changing rooms and refrigerator for easy access to refreshments. Toilet and sink also in pool house with outdoor shower available. Its nice to jump in a hot shower after a nighttime swim. Privacy allows for enjoyable outdoor showers before or after swims. So private you don't even need a swimsuit!
The beauty of this property is enhanced by huge trees, green house, and stoned buildings like garage and bungalow (storage area that was used for cowboys passing through in the old days).
