If works on the agenda: Use the FREE WiFi throughout the home. pool area or nestle down in the private den off the kitchen and get things done. We can also provide a computer & fax machine for a small fee upon your request with your own private number.

If walking is your thing, there is a lighted pedestrian walkway that goes from ASU all the way to Northern Scottsdale a couple of blocks away from the house. If your a hiker, Papago and Camelback Mountains are just minutes drive away! Your also just a short walk to grocery stores, Big Lots, pharmacies and of course Starbucks. Best of all Scottsdale's FREE TROLLEY SERVICE is just down the street. Saving you $100's on cab fares!

Payment: All stays require a $250.00 holding deposit with the balance being due 60 days before your stay.
Cancellation Policy: No charges except original deposit with 60 days notice of cancellation, 50% of the booked rate with 31-60 days notice. No refund if less 30 days notice is given.
Rental agreements required in lieu of damage deposits for all stays. Guest responsible for any missing or broken items or damage to the home.
