Located in guard gated community just south of the strip

This one bedroom one bathroom condo, which we refer to as the 'Jackpot Blue', is in a perfect location. It was fully renovated in December 2012 with all new furniture and appliances to cater to guests as the ideal vacation condo. The community has 3 pools, spas, tennis court, gym and out door grills available to use anytime. This ground floor condo has flat screen TV's, high speed internet, WiFi and cable all included. It is with great pleasure I write this review of our stay in the KClub at Sedona on the Boulevard. We were so impressed with the way the unit contained everything we needed. From cooking supplies to laundry detergent, it was all there. The unit is nicely appointed with stylish furnishings and finishing touches. Most times when you rent through VRBO, the unit might not be quite as nice as it appeared in the ad. For this unit, the pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely try to book another stay at the KClub the next time we travel to Vegas.

The gated community has pool, hot tub, and exercise room accessible 24/7. The condo has everything you need. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This condo is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this extremely comfortable, clean and centrally located condo. Beautiful Townhome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were surprised to find a roll away bed, which turned out to be great for our daughter to sleep on. The unit is furnished with top of the line furnishings and every detail was thought of, even down to having nice fluffy robes in the huge walk-in closet. It was a great get away and we enjoyed our stay there. So much better than renting a hotel room that would be full of lingering smoke smells. The unit was clean and just as described. The only trouble that we had was that our GPS was leading us to the wrong place. The address given was South Las Vegas Boulevard, but our GPS took us somewhere far off. But when we put in Las Vegas Blvd South, it took us to the right place.

AMAZING!!!

Just got back from staying at the "K" what a Beautiful place!!! Had every thing you could possibly need. Decor was perfect, towels were plush, linens were soft and the place was spotless.
The pictures on VRBO do nothing for it, much nicer in person.
Perfect place if your wanting to gamble, sight see or if your just there on business.
Look no further...if the date is open, I highly recommend booking it now, you will not be disappointed!!!
