Our self-catering apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout, using the highest quality furnishings from UK. The open-plan design and full-height windows enhance the feeling of space and allow amazing, uninterrupted views to the sea. The balcony has immaculate outdoor lounge furniture for alfresco dining/cocktail drinking.

The apartment sleeps 4 with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and living/dining area. There is a lift and air conditioning ensuring comfort during your stay.

The apartment shares a communal roof terrace, gated swimming pool, and sun loungers. With only 15 other apartments, you will be sure to benefit from the peace and serenity of this location. The closest beach is less than 1km away and even in the peak holiday season it does not get crowded.

Live Traditional Music on Saturdays. Bingo & Quiz Night on Tuesdays from May - Karaoke on Wednesdays.

- Dipato - Art cafe/restaurant. Locals love it at the weekends. Nice for a cocktail. - The Cottage Pub - Sky Premier football and Rugby - Darts teams - Kareoke and quizz - Open Mon - Fri 5.30pm - Late - Sat & Sun 12 noon - Late.

Other cultural activities in the area: In Pervolia there are two important cultural elements; those being the two churches of the village. Pervolia has two lighthouses, one modern and one ancient, as well as ruins of a Phoenician temple and a Venetian watchtower. Near the apartment there are two children's parks.

The village of Pervolia is roughly 14kms South West of Larnaca and easy to get to via bus or cab.

The residents of Pervolia are friendly, the location is beautiful, quiet and the food is authentic, making it a near perfect place for a holiday. It is famous for it's 4km long attractive, unspoilt beach with crystal clear water and wonderful historic churches. It is right on the coast and the beach is pebbled but gives way to sandy golden stretches of Faros beach only 35 minutes walk towards the Cape. There are two churches in the village of Pervolia, Agias Irini and Agios Leontis, each with their own festival.

Pervolia also has banks, tourist shops, supermarkets and a sports centre. Pervolia is an idyllic Cypriot village. You will not find any big hotels or complexes as it is a national conservation area. You will find friendly locals who are keen to talk to you.

Notes: There is an easy access lift to the second floor. Special airport pick up service avalaible, welcome pack available - just ask! In the village there are plenty of places to eat, buy groceries, get the paper, cashpoint etc. Kiti village is also the home to the oldest church on the island, 'Panagia Angelokisti church' which holds inside one of the finest pieces of Byzantine art, a 6th century mosaic of the Virgin Mary and Child between two archangels, which rivals the Ravenna Mosaic. Pervolia offers Kite surfing lessons - contact Panayiotis Kounides, a certified Kite Instructor +357 99588642 and also Pervolia has bicyle hire - a2bcyclehire +357 99178489 from €5 a day As well as my apartment I am at liberty to take larger bookings for another apartment in this block. So if you have a large group please ask as I will be able to accommodate your needs if there are a lot of you!

peaceful Pervolia

We really enjoyed our week staying at Sunset Gardens. It's a short journey from Larnaca airport, (which is well organised & hassle free!) The apartment is light, clean, fully functional, - & having some basic provisions left for us was welcoming. Owner communicates clearly & the Pervolia contact helped with our questions & travel arrangements - including a trip out to the Hala Sultan Tekke mosque & salt lake - picturesque & interesting.
We loved it that there's a very quiet beach in easy walking distance, and that we mostly had the nice clean pool to ourselves!
The Arts Cafe was one of our favourite places to eat. We also cooked in the apartment a couple of times, as it's well resourced and a pleasant space.
I have already recommended it to a friend who was enquiring!

Wonderful apartment in lovely location

After looking at the website for this apartment I had high hopes and wasn't disapointed. It is beautifully decorated with good furniture and had everything we needed for our short stay within it, from spare blankets (we arrived in Feb) to a bottle opener. The owner also arranged for a cot and highchair to be provided so we didn't have to pack too much!

The setting is lovely. The apartment overlooks fields with the sea in the distance. It is on a road, but not a busy one and it didn't cause us any problems. The location of the apartment is good - it is close to Larnaca airport, we could start our holiday really quickly, but it doesn't seem to be on the flight path - we didn't hear any planes while we were there. As others have said you really need to rent a car to get round to the main tourist sites in Cyprus during the day, but it is an easy walk to local shops and resturants if you don't want to venture very far.

We had a lovely relaxed time here and can't wait to return (when the weather is a bit warmer)

Great stay at a very clean, comfortable apartment. Slightly hard to find at first, and a car is a must, but within easy reach of everything! Keep the balcony door closed as you are almost on the road, and the cars are quite noisy, but would definitly stay again as the price could not be beat!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

203 Sunset Gardens

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) had a lovely fortnight at the apartment in July 2011. It was very clean and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is tiny but as long as you don't mind waiting is fine to use.
The pool is clean and good for swimming.
We found it essential to have a car to get from a to b, but could always park it.
We corresponded with the owner beforehand who was informative and quick in all her responses and she updated her website with a map location after one conversation.
Pervolia is easy to walk to and has several Cypriot restaurants as well as English bars with free wifi. Larnaca is very pleasant with many eateries and nice beaches.
We would recommend this apartment...

A tastefully clean furnished apartment walking distance to the beach (20 min) but a car is needed if you have children and its the height of summer! The beach is pleasant and shallow with sun beds and loungers for hire. The complex communal pool is kept clean and has loungers and umbrella's and the communal showers are ideal to reduce shower queues in the apartment in the evening. The location of the apartment is ideal as it is a little out of Pervolia village but near enough to walk even with a 4 year old and a two half year old who had a great time at the village festival! Local restaurants are within walking distance – to the left is a wonderful taverna run by London Cypriots catering for all likes and dislikes. The Fish restaurant next door is excellent but a little pricey. Hire car is needed if you want to travel further and see the sites. The agents were quick in replacing blown bulbs and providing us with a spare key. Jayne is excellent with communication by email and telephone. The balcony (at the moment) is not suitable for very young children but having spoken to Jayne she is keen to investigate ways of making it suitable. Overall we had a great time and I will not hesitate to keep this in mind for next year (annual Cyprus holiday makers!) and I am happy to recommend it to friends and family.
