This retro hideaway condo is in the stunning Mid-Century complex of Villa Hermosa. Located one-half block off downtown in Old Las Palmas, it's a short walk to restaurants, shops, and casino. The Villa Hermosa complex was designed by the famous architect Albert Frey in 1947. It offers a pristine pool and spa, coin laundry facility, beautiful landscaping, and assigned carport parking.

This upstairs villa offers an amazing view of the pool area with majestic views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Relax with a martini and enjoy the fun decor and artwork with furnishings inspired by Mies van der Rohe, Eero Saarinen and Russell Woodard. This one bedroom, one bath condo features two HD flat screen TVs, DVR, and unlimited long distance calling to US and CANADA.

Small pets under 25 lbs are allowed.
