30 DAY MINIMUM

2 bedroom, 1 bath condo, with 15' x 15' deck with BBQ overlooking beautiful Sunset Cliffs. Queen bed, double futon in bedrooms plus queen sleeper sofa in LR. Swimming pool. Small pet okay. WiFi, Cable TV, full kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator.

About Mike Benbrook

We are both California natives, in fact Michael was born in Ocean Beach! We own a home and business in nearby El Cajon, and when our condo is not rented out we enjoy it as our own 'get away'.

Why Mike Benbrook chose Ocean Beach

We call ourselves 'inner city snowbirds' because we use the condo when it's too hot in San Diego's east county. Even though we're only 17 miles away, it's a completely different lifestyle!

What makes this condo unique

Our deck and view are the best on the whole San Diego coastline! We love our walking neighborhood, where it's quiet at night, yet we can easily walk to the store, coffeehouse, restaurants, bars, public transportation.

We are located just a mile from the 'downtown' Ocean Beach center with bars, restaurants, pier, and wild nightlife, so we are far enough away to be in a quiet home-owner neighborhood within walking distance of the 'fun'. We are very centrally located for all the San Diego attractions.
