I am the current property owner and the photo above is of the many folks who wander out to the historic Crystal Pier nightly to watch the beautiful sunsets here in Pacific Beach, California. This pier is a short three blocks from the property. My name is Jack Williams, and as former President and COO for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, I believe I am extremely qualified when it comes to creating and satisfying a guest desires when it comes to their vacation choices. just a short three blocks to the beach.Pacific Beach is a charming neighborhood offering all the best that San Diego has to offer. It's central location is desirable due to the close proximity to the beaches and all the hallmark entertainment landmarks like the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town,the infamous Gas Lamp District and all the other favorite vacation experiences are within 3 to 10 miles of this beautiful vacation home,including the airport which is only 8 miles from this vacation property.

What makes this villa unique

While it is a 3 story home, the physically challenged can have easy access (no stairs) to the one room bedroom located on the ground floor which provides a comfortable and private spacious living space, including private bath with a shower/tub combination and a queen size bed.This room also has a separate entrance to the backyard area for guest enjoyment.
