Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4

This is a large OCEANFRONT efficiency that sleeps 4. The condo was just remodeled in February 2013!

The Palace amenities include two outdoor pools, several Jacuzzi (including two inside - one on the 22nd floor), exercise room, sauna and putting green.

The condo is rented out weekly (Saturday 2 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.).

It is only 1.4 miles from the airport and 4 miles from Broadway at the beach. Coastal Grand Mall, Ripley's Aquarium, Family Kingdom and many other attractions are nearby.

*Living room has queen sleeper sofa, DVD player and a 42' TV with remote.

*The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans and dishes.

*Linens are provided.

The view is awesome! Fireworks are shot off of the pier every Wednesday night in the Summer. Front row seat from the balcony!!!

What makes this condo unique

We rent two condos next door to each other. Unit 2008 (VRBO 309741) and unit 2006 (VRBO 453729). If you have a large family or if you just want your own condo away from the rest of your family, rent both!!!

A little piece of heaven....

As soon as we stepped out on the balcony overlooking the ocean we knew we made the right decision to stay here. The views during the day and night were fantastic! There is a ton of stuff to see and do and it is all within a 15-30 minute drive of the condo. It was very relaxing to fall asleep to the ocean. The condo was very clean. The description is very accurate. We can't wait to go back!

Great place at the beach!

I stayed here and loved it! It was directly on the beach and the views from the entire condo were amazing.....looking right out at the ocean. The place was clean and well maintained. It was quiet, relaxing, and everything I thought it would be based on the description. Can't wait to go back!
