My home is located less than one mile from the Killington Mountain Resort Ski Area road to Bear Mountain lifts and base lodge;
You can watch skiers and snowboarders on Killington's Homestretch Trail from the house by day and snowcats grooming Homestretch after the lifts close.
Guests may also drive just 500 feet down Great Trail Road from my driveway and park in a small area adjacent to Killington’s Home Stretch Trail. Before the lifts open, guests can make first tracks skiing and snowboarding down the mountain to the Skyeship, one of Killington’s high-speed, heated gondolas, where lift tickets for Killington's five mountains are available.
If some members of a guest's party prefer to head home before others, they can ski back to their car, drive a few hundred yards up to my house, relax in the hot tub or in front of the wood-burning fireplace and pick the others up later in the day.
