Take one of our bikes and ride the short few blocks into town for an ice cream, an A & W for a burger, music in the park, the new Winery, the Lexington Harbour, Lexington Beach for some sun and Swimming, Fishing off the docks, Play in the Park, Steises Bar and Grill for a pizza or a stroll down main street for some shopping!

There are (6) formal bedrooms that sleep (13). (3) of the rooms boast private bathrooms! The other (3) rooms, and full bathroom, have their own entrance up a second set of stairs. We call this area The ' apartment ' and it is perfect for a separate family or to put all of the kids in a separate area of the house. We offer (1) Blow-Up Bed for (2) extra people to sleep on making the total occupancy in beds (15) All the rooms are BIG!!
' KITCHEN ' - There is a huge ' CHEF ' inspired 4000 sq ft kitchen with every amenity including ( stainless appliances, 2 sinks, a cooking island, tons of lighting, a separate freezer and much much more ). There is an eating area attached to a separate more formal dinning room and a newly built breakfast deck outside of the kitchen so you can eat breakfast in the morning sun!
There is one bedroom that has a desk, book shelves filled with movies and books, etc....
The ' GAME ROOM ( requires extra deposit ) has an ESPN rated Ping Pong Table, professional Darts, Arcade games like an old fashion Mrs. Packman, a Golf game, (3) Pinball machings ( including Capt. Fantastic ), ( miniature sized air hockey, pool table and Foosball ) checkers, chess and more!
The ' FORMAL LIVING ROOM ' has a big flat screen TV, DVD player, all movie channels and a wood burning fireplace. There is a large couch with fold out bed, tables and chairs, etc.....
There is a ' GYM ' with free weights, dumb bells, treadmill, spinning bike, curl machine, AB roller and more......
There is a Mud Room and WASHER/DRYER area that leads out back to the main deck. The main deck has a swinging love seat, tables and chairs, a large gas BBQ, hammocks and more. It's the most amazingly relaxing deck in the world!!
' The Outside' has a huge grass area for the kids to play on, you could set up volley ball, there's a horse shoe area, tree swings, a Basketball hoop on the driveway, a fire pit for smores and bomb fires at night, and more. There are even (2) Hamacks to lay around in under the huge 100 yr old trees.The property is extremely well lit!! It has tons of low voltage lighting that illuminates the driveway, walkways, trees and the house. It's truly a sight to see at night!!
The house sits right next door to the Lakeview Hills golf course and the bike path that leads to the town of Lexington is directly across the street.
SPACE!! It's all about SPACE......A lot of houses claim to sleep 12 but Bring your party of 12 or 14 or even 16 and barely know there in the house with you. It's that big and spacious!!!
