IN THE HEART OF THE VERDICCHIO WINE REGION, 15 MINS FROM STUNNING HISTORIC TOWNS OF JESI & CINGOLI

The ground floor stable conversion is totally self contained and private with its own entrance and facilities. Occasionally Henry & I or our family may stay in our first floor apartment but we do not live there all year round so please ask if we ll be there. If we happen to be there at the same time as guests then we are very careful to respect our guests privacy & guests will have priority on use of the pool during their stay of course. The large fenced garden is bordered by mature trees & shrubs making it a very private space. There are wooden sun loungers to relax on poolside and many shady areas & hammocks in the trees to chill out in, also plenty of space for children to play. Eating lunch or dinner alfresco on the terrace with a glass or two of the local wine from the cantina up the road is one of the many pleasures of a summer holiday here.There are lights around the garden so it's perfect for a leisurely BBQ after a long day at the beach.

San Vittore our local village is 5 mins drive away. There is a good restaurant, a small bar, a small but adequate shop and bakery which is open most days except Thurs & Sun. A larger supermarket (closed Monday) can be found in Coste 10 mins away, this has longer opening hours and has most things you need. Many larger shops, banks & supermarkets can be found in Jesi 15 mins away. The big supermarkets tend to be on the outskirts of town where you see signs for the Industrial Zones. There is a petrol station & pharmacy approx 10 mins from our house. There are several very good restaurants who serve wonderful local dishes within 15 mins drive of the house, details of which are available in the house in our information pack. We have Chris & Cathy an English couple who speak italian and have lived in the area for about 8 years who will prepare the property for your arrival & meet with you to discuss any queries you may have during your stay. They have a broad local knowledge so can reccommend places of interest so that you can make the most of your stay in the area. A free welcome pack is also provided to get you started on arrival. If additional cleaning is required this can be arranged prior to your stay. Arrivals must be after 3.00 pm at the start of your holiday and departures by 10.00 am at the end, in order to facilitate a thorough preparation of the property for the next guests.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required to secure your booking and payment must be made within 7 days of the confirmation of availability. Upon receipt of your deposit we will confirm your booking in writing and will also send you detailed instructions on how to reach our house. The full balance is then due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security bond of £350 will be added to your final payment. (Refunded to you within 14 days of departure once property checked).
