This west Glenwood town home comes with many upgrades. Built in 2004, it has an attached 2-car fully finished garage with opener and one assigned off street parking space. 1126 square feet is perfect for a couple or single person looking to have an extended stay in Glenwood. The home has a flat screen TV in the living room complete with cable TV. Wireless internet is included at no additional charge and works very well throughout the entire home. There is a burglar and fire alarm system to use if you choose and fortunately we have never had a problem at our house. This two story unit has hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining areas and tile in the downstairs bathroom, along with a large living room and gas fireplace. The fireplace is activated by the simple flip of a switch! The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary cooking items, stainless steel pots and pans, plenty of cabinets with all the dinnerware you could need, a large pantry, tile backsplash and a reverse osmosis drinking water system. All stainless steel appliances (range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator) along with commercial grade steam washer and dryer units will make you feel right at home.

About Ryan Parson

I am a small business owner and travel the country for my company. I bought this property when it was brand new and have loved it ever since. While I don't live in Glenwood year around, it is an absolute wonderful place to enjoy when I am here and I always make time to spend a few days when I am traveling through. This house is so comfortable for me that it creates its own little mountain oasis while still be close to everything you could ever want to do in the roaring fork valley.

I have vacationed in the Western Slope ever since I was a little boy and always dream of someday living out here. That opportunity came in 2004. Because I knew I couldn't be a full-time resident, I wanted a brand new property that could take care of itself for the handful of times each year I would be here. Being single, the property is very gently used and I even took it through a light remodel last year with fresh paint, all brand new furniture, and TVs.

What makes this townhome unique

Because I only rent to those looking to stay for a minimum of 30 days, my property continues to be very well maintained and still looks brand new. There is a 2-car attached garage that makes parking extremely convenient. It is quiet, well appointed and will be just the right place for you to enjoy your extended stay in Glenwood Springs!
