Location, location, location! This 2-story townhome is a short walk from the hot springs pool which also offers a lap pool and water slide -- plenty of fun for the kids, and relaxing time for adults! ASK US ABOUT FREE POOL PASSES AVAILABLE WITH YOUR BOOKING! There is also a large park with picnic area and ball diamond.

Ouray's quaint downtown area is just a few blocks away, a leisurely stroll along the Riverwalk Trail is accessible practically from your front door, and the Ouray Perimeter Trailhead is just across the road.

The entry level of this lovely townhome includes a 1-car garage and a washer/dryer. The main floor is a comfortable living area with kitchen, dining area, living room with access to the deck overlooking the river, and a half bath.

The upper floor has two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bath with tub and shower.

Just north of the townhome in the common area of the River Park complex, there is a private picnic area right on the river with picnic table and charcoal grill.
