Want to BBQ, stroll to the back patio (1,050 sq.ft.) and belly up to one of the five bar stools or lounge on the outdoor sectional sofa while watching 47' flatscreen HDTV or listening to your ipod on the four Bose outdoor speakers. Throw a juicy steak on the 38' Grand Turbo BBQ while you sauté shrimp on the dual Grand Turbo stovetop burners. Jump on the bikes or take the street legal golf cart to some of the best beaches in the world. When you get home, shower in the private outdoor shower and then jump into the Caldera Spa and relax while you plan your next island adventure. In the evenings keep the chill off by using one of the outdoor heaters or hang around the fire pit. Relax and lounge in the living room, kick your feet up on the large coffee table and watch your favorite movies and series on Netflix. Living quarters are all upstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed, flat screen tv and his and hers club chairs, ceiling fan, along with plenty of closet and drawer space. The other two bedrooms each have flat screen tvs, ceiling fans, and queen and full beds respectfully.
