Villa Maximilian offers you on 2.300 sqft living area 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The colours vary from beige to terracotta. This villa offers you everything to relax and your vacation will be unforgettable. This villa is the right place for 2 families as you have two master suites with king size beds. One master suite has its own bath. The other master suite has to share the bath with the guest bedroom with the queen size bed. The guest bedroom with the twins has its own bath. The large pool and the spa, which get sun all day long, can be electric heated. Just jump into and cool off or have a glass of wine in the spa watching the sunset.

Island as Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island can either be reached by car or by boat. Explore some desert spots on these islands by boat. It is also a golfer's paradise as you have more than 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive. Enjoy shopping in one of the shopping malls and outlet stores. The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car. Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately 2 hours away. Visit the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Estate (museum) in Ft. Myers. Cape Canaveral is approx. 5 hours away and don't forget to got to South Beach in Miami. A ferry to Key West offers daily trips from Ft. Myers. But whatever you are looking for to do in your holidays - you will find it - either you just want to relax or you wonna be busy. Cape Coral is the right place for you!
