The great thing about this house is the separate areas that the floor plan provides. (See video tour to get a feel for the layout of the home) There is a large living room/dining/room area adjacent to the kitchen in the front of the house (closest to ocean). Down a hall off the living room is the spacious master bedroom with french doors leading to the back patio and a large master bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and double sinks. Also off this hall is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the other side of the kitchen is a small utility room with a washer and dryer that you pass through on your way to the very large den at the back of the house. There is also a small office area at one end of the den with a desk and computer available to you. As you move into the den, you see what a wonderful space this is with a fireplace, large screen TV, comfortable seating and a couch with a queen foldout bed. The 3rd bedroom/sitting area is adjacent and open to the den. This area contains a built-in queen fold-out bed and has curtains that can be drawn to provide privacy for the people sleeping here. From this room, there are stairs leading up to the 4th bedroom which has a queen bed with 2 twin beds in a separate little alcove off the main bedroom – perfect for a couple with children.
Access to the back deck area is available from the master bedroom, the dining room and the den so it provides a great flow from the indoors to the outdoors. The home has lots of windows that help to bring the outdoors in and create a cheery, bright space to hang out in.
The kitchen, which has a breakfast nook, is stocked with everything you could possibly need including a wine refrigerator! When you arrive, the beds will be made, the towels will be hung and all the house supplies you need are waiting there for you (cooking spices, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, bath soap, laundry soap, etc.) just bring your clothes and your vacation attitude! This area has wonderful farmer’s markets for fresh produce, wonderful fresh fish markets on the Embarcadero and different grocery stores to choose from.

Morro Bay is situated in the heart of the California central coast. It offers a 'sleepy little fishing town' feel but is the center of many activities and attractions such as Hearst Castle (30 miles north), wine tasting, water activities like deep-sea fishing, kayaking and surfing. San Luis Obispo is the home of California Polytechnical Institute and offers many cultural events and SLO Town has a wonderful downtown area with a great farmer's market and good restaurants and shopping.
The beaches in the area are never crowded and the Morro Bay estuary offers great opportunities for up-close encounters with otters, sea lions, many water birds and great vistas of the area.
