PERFECT LOCATION AND A CHARMING APARTMENT

This lovely apartment feels like a second home to us already. We booked this apartment twice already and it will be our first choice when we will come back.
We had this apartment in mind when we were planing our second trip to London. It's is decorated in a very stylish way and has plenty of space for 3 people. The location is amazing,just as Katherine described it, several busses that get you to the centre in  10 minutes and back at any time as well as the subway. Very close to Waterloo station.
Very close to Tesco and Costcutters and a grocery right around the corner to top up the oyster card. Very safe area at all times and also quiet at night. 
It is very well located if you want to go to restaurants or pubs, some are just 2 mins away.
We will sure book this apartment next time we come to London, it feels like a home away from home. 
Thank you very much Katherine and Peter and FiFi for a wonderful experience in this charming apartment.

We can confirm the previous reviews, everything was exactly as described on the website: stylish, spotless, very comfortable, quiet, with easy access to shops, buses and tube, close to city center.

WONDERFUL LOCATION

This for us was a wonderful find on line: The location and accessibility to central London by bus and tube was very convenient. The flat itself feels very comfortable and was easy to feel at home in. From cooking for others and occasionally, when not out and about it was a great place to relax in. The small patio is great just to grab a glass of wine and some fresh air. Cleaver Square is nearby with a great pub, or just to walk through.
The hosts are nearby to answer questions and seek directions. The flat itself is decorated with Katherine's Art, antiques and market finds.
There were three of us in this flat and there was plenty of room. The shower was excellent! Washing Machine useful.
Keep a bag of dog treats on hand as FiFi, the real owner of the property will be along to check you out!
We will most certainly be back and I have no hesitation in recommending this home as you will be really pleased with your decision, as I know we were. Janet and Andy Canada

DELIGHTFUL REPEAT VISIT!

Had a lovely greeting from Katherine per usual. Spotless, warm and everything exactly where we found it last year; just like coming home after a long day at work. We used the Underground more this year as it seemed quicker and less crowded. I cannot say enough about this lovely home away from home. If you are planning a trip to London; book now as this gem is highly desired. Plenty of guidebooks, internet, television are at your fingertips. Safe area at all times of the day and night, nice book store, off-license, wine shop and a corner shop for you to top off your Oyster card and get your daily papers.

The property has central heating adjusted by a thermostat for individual use. Very convenient location set back on a small green known as Kennington Green. The facilities provided are a Kitchen, which is positioned in an alcove off the main living area, with all the necessary facilities to make and prepare meals. Oven, hob provided with kitchen utensils; toaster; cafeteria; cooking pots and crockery. Dining are seats four people just to the side of the living area which has TV free view; and leather sofa, lounge chair, able to seat four comfortably. Being so close to the West End this accommodation would suit singles, couples & families of three or possibly four. Long stays considered by request. Kennington is extremely well serviced by transport connections and is a little known area with tourist and visitors until they stay and experience the ease of access it affords.
