3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (sleeps 10) With Direct Intracoastal Waterway Views

You will be greeted by owner direct vacation rentals, your point of contact during your stay. They will provide check-in/out services, a welcome packet with coupons, local maps, and a discount dining card. You will also receive a starter bag of paper goods and some kitchen items. Odvr also can provide quality lodging and golf packages, in barefoot resort as well as the grand strand.

Welcome to the prestigious yacht club villa i, located directly on the intracoastal waterway at barefoot resort. You are just steps away from the main pool, marina, and waterway. You will enjoy walking or biking through the beautifully landscaped terrain, in this safe, family environment.

If golf is your game, on site are 4 championship courses, the fazio, dye, norman, & love. The greater myrtle beach area has over 120 courses all within 1 hour or less of this prime location.

Master bedroom: 2 queen beds, with a private balcony and great views of the waterway. New for 2013 flat screen tv. Private master bath . Beds are made upon arrival, bath towels, wash cloths hand towels, and bath mats are provided.

Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, with tv, vcr dvd player. **ceiling fan*** private full bath .

Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, with tv, vcr, dvd player. **ceiling fan** private full bath

Living room: sofa, love seat and 2 chairs.***new for 2013 flat screen tv** decorated in warm earth tones of terra cotta and tan throughout this condo. Your sliding doors open to a furnished covered balcony with direct waterway views.

Dining area: large dining table which seats 6 + 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen: fully-equipped for cooking and dining in. New pots & pans, small appliances and additional kitchen items for 2013. The kitchen has all full-sized appliances, and a stackable washer & dryer is in the unit for your convenience.
