As soon as you step off the elevator directly into this exclusive loft you will know you made the right choice. The Music Loft occupies the entire 2740 sq foot second floor of the Market Street Building located directly on 2nd Ave North in the heart of downtown Music City! The exposed brick walls and poplar post and beam construction from 1899 are perfectly complimented by the edgy, urban design and décor. The lighting, art work, & furnishings all come together to complete this unique space.
The front room features a white baby grand, full Ludwig drum kit, guitar and bass amps, full PA, lighting, and everything else you would need to host your own jam session or songwriter showcase! We can even arrange that for you if you are interested in an exclusive Nashville music experience.* Six huge windows across the front of the room offer a view of the Cumberland River and Titans Stadium.
The dining area contains a marvelous wetbar with an icemaker, wine fridge and bar sink. The custom backsplash and huge “urbanscape” painting are both creations by well known local artist, Joe Sorci. The dining table can seat 10 easily & 12 comfortably.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a Thermador 60” 4 burner, grill, & griddle gas range with double ovens & full commercial venthood, Thermador fridge, microwave, & Keurig coffee maker finish out this incredible focal point of the loft. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast or we can come in and prepare it for you!**
The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 74” LCD TV with full THX surround sound, blue ray player, & Wii game system.
The spacious master suite offers a king bed, 50” flat screen, seating area, double vanities with Kohler splash sinks, beautiful blue tile walk-in shower room with an enclosed whirlpool tub, 26” tv, and walk in closet with washer/dryer.
The guest bedroom, which features a queen bed and 46” flat screen, connects directly to the guest bathroom with its free standing stainless steel pedestal sink and another walk-in shower finished in black river rock with a Hans Groh shower tower. There is also a 20” TV.
Every room is serviced by the whole house audio system controlled by their own keypad & high speed wifi is available throughout.
The Music Loft is perfectly located directly on 2nd Ave just 1.5 blocks to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away.
