Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Condo Sleeps 4-6

Southwestern living at McCormick Ranch, The Villages, provides an escape for all to enjoy. McCormick Ranch is one of Scottsdale's premier communities. Our spacious, yet comfortable, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath first floor condo has a resort feeling and all of the conveniences of your own home.

The master suite has a king bed, wall mounted flat screen television, and a walk-in closet. The attached master bath has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest room has plenty of storage and both bedrooms share a quaint outdoor patio. For additional sleeping there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is bright with a newly recessed ceiling, it has plenty of light, and opens to the outdoor patio. It is complete with all of the amenities of home needed for entertaining. There is plenty of storage with a nice size pantry that also houses a washer/dryer.

The convenience of a lower level unit is quite inviting. It is only a few steps from your car to the front door.

Tennis lovers can step out of the condo and onto the lit courts. A short stroll on the green grass to the heated swimming pool and hot tub overlooks a large greenbelt. A bike path begins at the front door and winds for miles throughout Scottsdale and continues all the way to Tempe. The bike path will take you to parks, restaurants, coffee shops and amazing views, like that of Camelback Mountain.

New to the area and just a few minutes away is an award winning ballpark. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, the new spring training facility of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies, won the 2011 Ballpark of the Year award from Ballpark Digest. The Pavillions at Talking Stick is filled with shops, restaurants, and cinemas. Recent addition to the Pavillions is Octane Raceway, kart racing in a 1/3 mile indoor outdoor race track.

Another family affair can be pursued at Crackerjax Family Fun & Sports Park. Equipped with a bungy dome, batting cages, 18 hole miniature golf, volleyball courts, shaded driving range, bumper boats and much more. For a great shopping destination visit the nearby Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter.

A scenic drive to the red rock city of Sedona is filled with art galleries, shops, and cafes. Take in the unique natural water slide at Slide Rock State Park and visit Montezuma Castle Monument, a prehistoric village. Or just head a little north of Scottsdale to experience the western charm of Cave Creek.

Adventure awaits you on the hiking trails, canyon lakes, and desert gardens. Surrounded by golf courses, shopping, restaurants, spas, parks and casinos there is something for everyone at this great location.

About Tonya

We are located in Wisconsin and have been visiting McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale for the past 20 years. We are a family of five and continue to treasure our visits out West. My parents are snowbirds and have encouraged us to follow in their footsteps and keep up with tradition.

The Villages at McCormick Ranch has been our home away from home. We have friends and family located throughout the ranch. The grounds are in great condition and the property is well taken care of. Rest and relaxation with a side of fun is why we love this property.

What makes this condo unique

The first floor unit is easy and convenient. The condo is positioned on a greenbelt and feels like you have a wide open backyard all to itself. The tennis courts and pool/jacuuzi are steps away. The bike path has beautiful mountain views and winds for miles around parks, lakes, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Be it walking, biking, or driving, the condo is in such a great central location we can get anywhere in a snap!

My family loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of room for a family with two small children and every thing we needed was close at hand. We spent a great deal of our time in the nearby pool and on the walking trails. Having a washer/dryer is a godsend with little ones and this place has everything you might need. We enjoyed having a grocery store so close where we could pick up necessities. We would love to stay again!

What a wonderful way to experience Scottsdale! The condo was beautiful and spacious...plenty of room and sleeps 6 easily. I liked the southwestern decor which added to the relaxing feel. The location is great and close to dining and outdoor activities. It is just steps away from the heated pool and tennis courts. Both are very clean and well maintained. We loved the proximity to the bike path where we had the unique experience of seeing a javelina! The rental went off without a hitch and the owners are very attentive and knowledgeable about the area. If you want a home away from home experience, this is a wonderful place!

This condo is in a exquisite location in Scottsdale, with local amenities abundant and nearby. The condo itself is in great condition, clean, spacious, and with all the necessities. You can walk out to a patio to grill, and are within sight of the swimming pool and hot tub. I can't wait to go back with my two boys, as there are many things for them to enjoy - the pool, tennis, biking paths, and baseball!
