We are located in the gated community of Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, SC., which is approximately 4 miles south of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Why rent this home:
Renting an oceanfront condo provides you with an awesome view from your apartment. Rent that beachfront condo, call for the elevator, and ride down to the lobby. By the time you call for the elevator put all your beach equipment in a cramped elevator and ride down to the lobby you can be on the beach if you rent this home.
If you rent a home close to the beach you cannot see the ocean unless you travel to the beach by car or golf cart, or walk a few blocks with all your beach equipment. Rent this home and you are at the ocean 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Dine on the balcony with a wonderful view of the waves and those great sounds of the oceans. Open up the downstairs double doors and have the ocean in your living room 24 hours a day. There is just no comparing a home on the beach versus a home near the beach.
For a few extra dollars (per person it’s more like a few extra cents) you can have a vacation that you will remember for a lifetime.

Oceanside Village is a great place to vacation with the private gated beach access JUST ACROSS THE STREET available to residents and their guests. The Conch Café is located directly beside the private beach access. The village has 2 pools (indoor and outdoor and 2 kiddie pools), 5 beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court and a brand new community center for entertainment. The outdoor pool is completely new for 2013 and includes a wonderful fun kiddie pool area!
For the avid fisherman, the Surfside Pier is located 1 mile north and the Garden City Pier is located 1 mile south of our home.
Enjoy a great fun day with the family at the water park located within 1/4 mile on Business 17. It is filled with great water slides, lazy river, wave pool, go-karts and miniature golf.
Our golfers can choose from the many tournament courses located throughout Myrtle Beach or have fun with the family playing miniature golf. Oceanside Village's own, Tupelo Bay, a full executive 18 hole course, lighted par 3 and driving range, 36 hole miniature golf course is located nearby on Business 17.
Wonderful seafood is just minutes away in Murrell's Inlet. Also many great shopping areas at Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, malls, and many outlet stores surrounding the area.

Maid Service $120.00 per week. This service includes making all beds with fresh linens. Upon departure the beds will be stripped and all towels and linens will be laundered .
No Charge Linen Service - Linens and towels are available for guests use; however we require the renter to launder the linens and towels and return them to their previous condition upon departure.

The home consists of 2 complete 2 bedroom apartments connected by a secured internal common entry door.
Each apartment contains a fully stocked (pots, pans, small appliances) kitchen.
Each apartment is equipped with a queen size sofa bed and sleeps a total of 13 occupants (7 upper- 6 lower) for the entire house. Wi-Fi throughout the house.
During the spring and summer seasons (April to mid-September) the home is rented weekly in its entirety as a 4 bedroom home that sleeps up to 13 or as separate apartments. The lower apartment sleeps 6 and the upper apartment sleeps 7.
During the winter season (October-March) the home can be rented monthly by apartment level.
The lower apartment is a little more spacious then the upper apartment; therefore the upper apartment usually rents for about 80% of the lower apartment. Both apartments are perfectly suitable for our yearly snowbirds.

You will enjoy plenty of amenities to satisfy both children and adults in this beautifully decorated beach house. Morning coffee on either of 2 decks enjoying the ocean breeze. Your private beach access and free parking are steps from your door. Swim in the indoor or outdoor pools, each open until 10:00 at night. A new kiddie water park has been added by the community in 2013.
So many things to do:
Fish at the lake; basketball, volleyball, baseball, kickball, tennis, play horseshoes or bocce. Fully equipped gym; check out books at the library. 2 fully equipped kitchens, dine on the deck while watching the great Atlantic ocean waves or at the beach front conch cafe just steps from your door. In the evening
relax on either of 2 decks and watch the waves as the sunsets and the moon rises over the ocean or take a romantic walk along the shoreline at twilight. View beach fireworks while you lounge on the 2 large decks.
The home is equipped with 6 TV's including 2 HD large screen TV's for your enjoyment or get online with our free WiFi. Step outside and watch the spectacular nightly fireworks from the decks or steps away on the beach!
Oceanside village is located in Surfside beach, considered the 'family beach.' it is located between Murielle's inlet, Garden City beach, and Myrtle Beach. All of the attractions, restaurants, and shopping of Myrtle Beach are a few minutes away.
This is a gated community with 24-hour security, and includes lakes, a playground, 2 pools (one indoor which is heated and accessible year-round, and one outdoor), kiddie pools, a community center, a library, and a fitness center with access available for $25/week.
Arcades, 24-hour fishing pier, ice cream parlors, and a giant water park are all within a short drive away.

I moved to this area in 2006 to get away from the harsh Northeastern winters. I am now mostly retired from a very rewarding career in the computer field. I still do some consulting work and enjoy working on Internet systems.
I live a short distance from the property and enjoy spending time in the beach house.
My goal as a beachfront property owner is to offer families affordable vacations on the beach.
I will do whatever is necessary to insure that your stay at my little slice of paradise is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. I hope I can build a client base that will return year after year. I will be offering significant discounts for repeat renters as time goes by. Finding families that will treat my home as I do is a main goal of mine and the repeat rental discounts will be beneficial to all of us.
Oceanside Village is a private, gated, “family friendly” community which offers amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools, large playground area, tennis courts ,volley ball courts, fitness center, baseball field, fishing, lakes and more.
The house is steps from the beach and offers one of only a few private homes with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean in the area.
Our private beach is less crowded that Myrtle Beach, but is only a 5 minutes to Myrtle Beach! Relax on one of 2 decks and watch the moon lite Ocean in the evenings, have your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean. There are so many amenities and things to do without leaving the community.
There are only a few homes in this area that have unobstructed views of the ocean, and we are proud to say we have one of the best , if not THE BEST OCEAN VIEW.

2 complete apartments are great for families to share the house and still have all the privacy of an individual home.

Ownership cares about its clients and will do whatever possible to insure that you have the best vacation possible.
Many renters feel more comfortable bringing their own linens however if you would like to use our linens there is no charge but we require you to launder them and leave them in the same condition as you found them. If our housekeeping service must launder them there will be a significant fee deducted from the security deposit.
Amenities include: private gated ocean front parking for golf cart or your car. Two beautiful pools (one is open all year), brand new kiddie water park. Lighted tennis courts, baseball/softball field, basketball court, million-dollar community center, lakes stocked for fishing, biking, strolling on the beach and much more.
