Stylish 3 double bedroom holiday/leisure home

Nuevo Portil is based around the new prestigious 18-hole golf course where the house is situated. There are shops, a 4-star hotel, some excellent restaurants and bars and of course splendid beaches. It borders on the village of El Portil, with its supermarket, shops, a nature park and, again, superb beaches.

This is a beautifully furnished spacious house situated on the 14th hole of Neuvo Portil Golf Course in an unspoilt part of Spain, with secure gated area & car parking. All rooms can be either two singles or a double meaning the beds can be split or attached. (e.g. 3 doubles, 6 singles etc)

The Costa de la Luz / Huelva Province region: Costa de la Luz meaning 'The Coast of Light', is a very green and hilled area of Spain. This is one of the main things which separates the area from the rest of Spain. The original culture and heritage of the local communities are still very much present.

The climate is mild in winter and hot in summer making a very good holiday destination all year round!

Huelva which is the nearest large town is approx 20 mins by car and has historical interest as well as a comprehensive array of shops and stores.

The Fishing village of El-Rompido is approx 5 min drive away, a must for its fabulous restaurants of local cuisine and bars right on the water-front, with El Faro also in the same vicinity with shops, ice cream palour etc.

Picturesque Ayamonte, Isla Cristina, Isla Canela & Punta Umbria which all have Marinas and are approx 30 mins away in either direction

Just along the coast is the pretty little fishing village of El Rompido and El Faro, which has charming restaurants specialising in locally caught fish.Some of the best swimming beaches in Spain (11 Miles in all) are a few minutes away, and the area has many nature preserves and parks. The view from the town is exquisite, overlooking the beach and the island preserve la Flecha, just a short boat ride across the harbour.

Further along the coast, on the way to the town of Cartaya, you will find a large water park (open only in high season) and a go-karting track which is open all year round.10 mins from the town houses, and a new sports complex has just been completed some 5 mins walk away.

We purchased this property as a second home for the use of ourselves, our family,& friends, for holidays, so we equipped the house to a Very High Standard, so that everything we needed would be there for us, when we came on holiday to this beautiful area.

Why Jenny Lawson chose Nuevo Portil

We first came to this area, because a friend of our had purchased here, looked at the area & decided almost straight away to buy, as the beaches are stunning, the local people so friendly & helpful & there are so many places nearby to walk to & visit.

Also, we bought a house with a large kitchen, units on both sides, so that it was big enough for all the family to be able to stay in at the same time.

What makes this house unique

The kitchen, first of all, as people can prepare food at the same time on different sides, as there are work surfaces on both sides, so plenty of space. The views from the balconies overlooking the pools, outside bedrooms ! & 3 are beautiful, so relaxing in the summer.

Bedroom 2 is a large size & even in the winter, the sun is there!. The garden we have fixed artificial grass on top of the tiles, so it looks like a garden, this does not get hot in the summer, so people can walk outside from the patio doors, in bare feet, without the tiles burning their feet, we have enjoyed many pleasant times there, just relaxing, either eating around the table, or on the sunbeds.

With full Air-conditioning the house, welcomes you at any time of the year.

Notes Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Food can be purchased, locally, for use on arrival & paid for on arrival.

The house is available from 2pm on the day of arrival & must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

A deposit of £ 150-00 per week is required, the balance paid 4 week prior to arrival.
On arrival, you would be met, & shown the house, at that time a Refundable Deposit of £ 200-00 or £ 200-00 is required, to cover breakages, returned to you on your departure, when the keys are returned & the house has been checked.

Notes:
HD T.V's in Lounge & all bedrooms, English & Spanish Channels, different channels can be watched at the same time in different rooms. Large George Foreman Grill, which can be used in the kitchen, or there is an outside plug in the garden, where it can be used as a barbecue.The Garden, 8m long & 4m wide has been fitted with artificial grass, so that in the heat of the summer, it is possible to walk outside, from the patio doors on to this, in bare feet, without the feet burning underneath, so is safe for both adults & children, this is also on the other two terraces, outside bedrooms 1 & 3. There is garden furniture, a large circular table & 8 luxury chairs, place mats, parasol & colourful flowers, to give a warm, homely feeling. The Lounge has bright or subdued lighting, to create a cosy atmosphere, the 3 seater & two seater sofas, dining table & chairs are of the highest quality. There are books, MP3 docking stations with re-chargable batteries, many CD's & DVD's & pictures.
