3 BR 2 BA HM w Den Mountain Views

Owners just purchased this home and were conscious of adding furnishings and amenities that they felt would make a guest's stay comfortable.

This home has a split floor plan where the master bedroom is on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms and guest bath are on the other side of the home. Great for privacy.

The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV and two night stands. There is a tub and walk-in shower with two sinks in the master bath. There is a walk-in closet.

One guest bedroom has two twin beds. The other guest bedroom has a queen bed, night stands, dresser and flat screen tv.

There are plenty of linens and beach towels to use over at the community heated pool and spa, which is not too far away.

The living room has a very nice leather sectional for watching TV on the 60' flat screen TV. There is a blue ray DVD player with a small collection of DVDs for your movie nights.

There is a nice size dining table that seats 6 right off the living room. There is a small table with seating for 4 in the kitchen for those less formal meals.

The kitchen is fully stocked. Has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and much more. Has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The den is off the living room with desk, WiFi and printer, allowing you to take a working vacation.

The backyard had a nice patio set, covered patio, gas barbecue. The home backs up to a wash making it very private. Best of all you have beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains. There is a two car garage for your vehicle.

I am sure the pictures show the quality of this home, but come and see for yourself. This home is managed by a licensed real estate agent and therefore adheres to all fair housing laws.
