Enjoy our shabby chic, gulf-front, 13th floor condo located in the desirable west-end of panama city beach with a huge balcony (largest in panama city beach), and amazing views!

When you step into our beautifully decorated unit, you will be hit with the magnificent view of the gulf of mexico! Our condo's open layout allows you to have spectacular ocean views from nearly every living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. You have direct access to our extra-large 10’ x 28’ balcony via the living area and also the master bedroom. Our balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, spend relaxing afternoons and view fabulous sunsets while listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves!

Our unit is smoke free. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper in the living area.

For your convenience, condo also comes with a reserved, covered parking place just a few feet from the elevators.

A nice location on the beach, but poor rental support.

The condo at Ocean Reef was nicely decorated but needed some work. A door came off the kitchen cabinet every time it was opened (until we fixed it ourselves). Ditto with the toilet paper holder in the master bath. The drawers of the dressers and bathroom hadn't seen a vacuum. There was hair and a white powdery substance that stuck to clothing, etc. The most annoying feature was the lack of a password for the wi-fi. We had to make several calls over 3 days to get help from the rental agent and then the service provider. A lot of time was wasted on this and it was really inconvenient. The agent should have been calling us back, but had to call her repeatedly to finally get answers.
The linens need to be beefed up- no blankets for any of the beds and only 1 kitchen towel and dishcloth for the week. Also, be prepared to buy all of your own paper products- no tissues, only 2 rolls of tp, 1 trash bag to last the whole week, etc etc.
Parking can be an issue here, even with "assigned" spaces. We never did get to use the one assigned to us with the condo and spent 2 days space hopping before getting some help from the rental agent.
The beach was very nice, and the 13th floor is a nice location- close enough to have a nice view but high enough to avoid some of the people and road noise. Traffic was awful in front of the condo- too close to a lot of the popular beach bars, so be prepared for that. Luckily, it isn't hard to figure out ways around some of it.

Owner's Response: Greta’s Beach Rentals is very sorry hear this guest had so many issues during his stay. Any and all of which we would have been happy to take care of had we been made aware of them, such as the cabinet door, the toilet paper holder, and the cleanliness of the unit. This is a brand new unit and with all things new, there were a few little kinks that had to be worked out. Had we been made aware of them, we would have immediately dispatched housekeeping to re-clean the unit and maintenance to repair the cabinet door.

We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi in the unit. We worked diligently with the guest and owner to rectify this situation as quickly as possible. We do apologize for the inconvenience. This situation has been remedied and is no longer an issue.

As for paper products, we leave a one day’s supply and it is then the responsibility of the guest to provide their own paper products, soaps, and personal care items.

While the location may have not been this particular gentleman’s favorite, Ocean Reef’s location is the reason vacationers seek this unit out. While it is located in the more desirable west end of Panama City Beach, it is also within walking distance of restaurants, spas, miniature golf, bars, shopping and ½ mile from the area’s most exciting entertainment and shopping venue, Pier Park. The guest can park their car and not really have to do much driving.
