Lyons moved to Las Vegas in 2003 and purchased a mansion in one of the city’s older, more glamorous neighborhoods near the Strip. He decided to buy up real estate in the gated community, and then began persuading fellow investors to purchase luxury homes, too, offering to rent out the mansions to cover the cost of buying them. Lyons and his business partners now own 25 mansions in five neighborhoods in Las Vegas and are branching out to Los Angeles, San Diego and Miami.

The Paradise Estate is particularly popular. It has great history , been featured on TV, fantastic for family reunions & corporate retreats. It's only fifteen minutes to the Las Vegas Strip !
We offer a wide variety of concierge services at great rates, including personalized transportation, meal preparation, tours, clubbing & entertainment discounts.
I must say this home is exquisite. Perfect location, just a hop, skip, and jump to the strip and grocery stores. We had children with us and as we are about to leave the oldest, 5 years old says, "we can't leave this is our home", Priceless. Pool- perfect!! Grounds- Prefect. Rooms- Perfect. We were very pleased with our time in Las Vegas; also the neighbors were also very nice. I would highly recommend this property and any other from Corporate Mansions. We will definitely be back and recommend our family and friends!
Our son was getting married in Las Vegas. We had been to Vegas before and always stayed on the strip. This time we had many guests coming from Canada, and wanted a place we could gather at for visiting. The Paradise Estate was more than we could ask for. The home was exactly as described and then some in the advertisement. We rented a car and the strip was only 10 min away. We had shopping nearby and restaurants if we wanted to eat out. We stayed at the Mansion for 7 days and would have loved to stay longer. There was so much more in the house than we would have thought...all appliances you could ever need, extras like dishes, bowls, and cutlery. We were never bothered by neighbors. The pool and hot tub were our favorite place to hang out during the day and the home was so large we all could hang out in the living room at night. I did not miss being on the strip for a minute, because we could get there in 10 min when we wanted too. Our son's wedding was beautiful and we had the most wonderful time bonding at the house. We would absolutely rent from Corporate Mansions again without any reservation or worry. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful and memorable.
My husband and I got married five years ago in Las Vegas. We got married at a huge mansion owned by Corporate Mansions. Since it was just the two of us this time we stayed at one of their smaller properties. It was perfect. We had a great weekend and it was so relaxing.
The Paradise Estate gave us one of our best experiences yet. We come to Vegas a lot and this was the first time we tried a vacation rental. It was like having the luxury of the hotel but with privacy and more space to relax.
Grandma Pita was turning 90 years old so we decided to do something nice for her birthday. Most of us kids, (adults now), live in Las Vegas so we brought everyone here. The house was beautiful and everyone was pleased with their room. We used the catering service provided through Corporate Mansions and the food was delicious! They really know what they're doing and Grandma Pita was so happy.
My group of 8 female coworkers stayed at the Paradise Estate during CES. The house was great and had everything we needed, and it was far better than a hotel to be able to spend time together before and after the convention. It was a team bonding experience. Bill, Jason and Lakeisha (?) were extremely responsive when we needed anything (ran out of toilet paper, etc.).
One thing you should know:
- The house is not where VRBO shows it on the map. It is nowhere near the strip, but in fact a 15-30 minute drive west. I didn't learn the actual location until after paying so that was a disappointment. But Bill made it work for us, and we were very happy in the end.
