Location: 11,500 sq ft of living area ten minutes to the strip, overlooking a beautiful golf course.

Accommodations: A large swimming Pool, outdoor Hot tub, an indoor private spa & jacuzzi, and beautiful Kitchen!

This three-story Luxury Mansion is fully furnished with high cathedral ceilings, an open architecture, arched walkways and an elegant staircase for a prestigious mansion feel. The living areas are built for an unconfined flow; plus large kitchen with granite counter tops, a bar sink and custom cabinetry.

There are two family rooms, pool table and game rooms plus flat screens including a large 60 inch TV. The Entertainment Rooms are ideal for large reunions and gatherings. The massive backyard has barbecue, patio areas, plus basketball.

There is a play room/ second family room next to the kitchen area, across from the game room with the Billiards table. We have a baby crib, car seat for kids, high chair, games and toys. This is a great family friendly vacation home, family reunions, in-laws getting together.

Two to three blocks from a famous Hotel on the Las Vegas strip. This Mansion is over 11,000 sq ft and has been featured on two TV news programs.

The Sinatra Mansion was perfect. It is so close to the Strip, It was equipped with all necessary amenities. Six of us stayed and we felt very comfortable space wise. Everything with renting was a breeze and I promptly received back my security deposit upon returning the keys. This is so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It feels like home. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Kathy-- I cannot wait to go back.

Great and Near the Strip

Real description of the place, The Mansion is well kept and clean. The manager is very approachable and kind. We´ll definitely recommend it and come again if we can. The house is great if you want to be near the Strip attractions but not necessarily on them: it´s walking distance to the convention center, a 7 min drive to the Venetian/Wynn and we had all the private comforts of home and more.
