The house, recently built (2008), consists of 3 apartments with private entrance and exclusive spaces. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room (with sofa and TV-SAT) and a bathroom. The furniture has been created with style and functionality. Each apartment has panoramic veranda, ideal for dining and enjoying the summer evenings.

Outside, there is private parking and a common area with washing machine and additional outdoor showers.
