Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Calasetta, Italy

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Euro 100,00 are due as compulsory cleaning service.
  For 3 people (infants and children included) the compulsory cleaning service is euro 50,00.
  The prices are up to 6 people for a week. For an extra person, infants and children included: euro 50 in March April, May, June, September, October, euro 100 in July, euro 150 in August.
  The costs of water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price.
  Euro 300 are due as security deposit, which will be gave back the last day of holidays.
• When renting a cottage, upon signing the contract, an advance payment of 30% is requested, by bank transfer, excluding cleaning costs. The balance, including cleaning costs, will have to be paid within 3 weeks before the date of arrival. Or when renting a cottage, upon signing the contract, an advance payment of 40% is requested, by bank transfer, excluding cleaning costs. The balance, including cleaning costs, will have to be paid within 1 week before the date of arrival. Or when renting a cottage, upon signing the contract, an advance payment of 50% is requested, by bank transfer, excluding cleaning costs. The balance, including cleaning costs, will have to be paid cash when the keys will be delivered.
  Security deposit will have to be paid cash when the keys will be delivered.
