Our dream is to build four houses, one for each of our children's families and then one on top of the ridge for us. This is the first of our dream houses to be completed and we call it 'Baby Bear One.'
I came to East Glacier Park for the first time in 1986 with my two sons, 5 and 7 years old. I waited tables at 'Luna's Restaurant' which used to be called 'The Thimbleberry' and at the Summit Station on Marias Pass. We hiked and played all over the Park by day and I waited tables by night. Every year I returned to Detroit until I graduated with my teaching degree. My dream has now become my husband's dream too and our passion. We planned 'Baby Bear One' for two years and now that it has become a reality we are working on the second one.
We are excited to share this beautiful place with our 7 kids, family and friends. We hope you have a wonderful time here full of inspiration, fun and adventure and we hope you enjoy 'Baby Bear One' as much as we do.
Desarae or Randy purchased this house in 2012
