Jackson Cabin Rental Photos and Description
2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 6 Sleeps, Incredible Mountain Views
Our place provides you with a 1600 square foot home, 1 full bath downstairs, 1/2 bath upstairs outside of the master bedroom. The best features of our home are the incredible views outside every window, especially the Grand Teton view out your living room window, the wildlife that wander nearby, the brand new furnishings and the close proximity to the biking and hiking trails in Grand Teton National Park. Our home is NOT a condo or apartment in a subdivision or 'neighborhood' or gated community. Our place is in the heart of Grand Teton National Park with some neighbors nearby on the 'bench' of Antelope Flats Bluff.

From steep climbs and descents to flat, smooth dirt roads with Privacy abounds here in front of the spectacular views, the Jackson Hole area has rides for bikers of all abilities.
Antelope Flats road: A flat easy bike ride through the heart of the Jackson Hole Valley, expect to see bison, and possibly pronghorn and coyotes.

What an amazing view each time we opend our eyes. Buffalo paid us a visit the first day. At least 20 were in our front yard and side yard. Jenny Lake and hike was awesome. Inspiration Point and Hidden Falls made it all worth it. Went to rodeo on /wednesday. Great choice. Had a great time and the kids enjoyed it. Granite Hot Springs was about 1 hour away but it was worth it. Soaking in the hot tub with amazing views. Some favorite restaurants: The Bird, Merry Piglets, Pheriphene Bakery, Liberty Burger/our first bison, Sidewinders, Bubbas, Cocolove was amazing. Mamas ice cream was good also. Kids things, Snow King has minature golf and alpine slide, both a must.
Yellowstone was awesome. We have seen several moose, elk, and deer on Moose-Wilson Road. So lucky to be so close to all. Got a chance to see a bear up near Ox Bow Bend. The view was awesome also
This home as been in our family since 1954. My father and mother purchased the land and in the early 60's began to build a summer home here to provide the family an escape from the city life of Los Angeles. We moved from California to Alaska in 1984 and still love coming 'home' to our gem right in front of the Teton Mountains. We have a very special spot here as we are one of very few that have a National Park in holding. Over the years, many upgrades have occurred, but it was built as a family retreat for those who enjoyed the great outdoors. We have always loved our second home here in the Tetons, but never feel like we get to enjoy enough time here, but by being able to offer it for nightly rentals during the summer months we are hoping to share this incredible place with newcomers and our family. We are hoping to keep our special place here in Moose, in Jackson Hole, for a very long time and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we have over the years.
My Dad purchased this homesite in 1954 for a few reasons: to get closer to the outdoors that he loved and to bring up his 3 daughters to appreciate the lovely mountains, whether it was through hiking, backpacking, riding bikes, rafting on the Snake River or just relaxing on the deck and enjoying the views.
Our home is very close to biking trails in Grand Teton National Park. A few miles away are spectacular hiking trails, access to mountain climbing and both scenic and whitewater rafting, kayaking and canoeing and world class trout fishing. Our cabin/home is rustic on the outside, but very clean and comfortable inside and provides all the amenities you would want in your home such as plumbing, well water, flushing toilets, kitchen facilities with coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, knives, cookbooks, toaster....please keep in mind that our cabin is not a luxury accommodation, but a comfortable, clean cabin with incredible views and wildlife. We are not a condo or townhome or home located in the town of Jackson, we are located 13 miles North of Jackson in the heart of Grand Teton Park with all the beauty and wilderness around.
