The apartment is fully furnished and comprises double bedroom, large lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, bathroom & WC. This is in a prime location for direct access into London via underground, British rail and buses.
Location right next to the Thames with shopping close by. Easy walking to buses, tube, and Kew Gardens. Development in which flat is located is a bit noisy, there were several evenings where groups of young men would gather in the street, laughing and talking loudly while kicking a football. Resident in flat just above walks very heavily and never seems to sit down, but roams back and forth for hours. The flat itself is nice, and was clean and neat upon arrival. Washing machine has some problems, some wash cycles and dryer cycles don't work. Shower attachment in bath is loose and has to be propped against back wall in order to use it. So facilities could use a few repairs, but overall the flat is comfortable. Pleasant owner who was there to greet us.
We spent most of our time exploring the area, the Thames Path is close by, allowing visitors to walk along the river. The Kew Gardens tube station is within a ten minute walk allowing easy access to central London. Kew Gardens goes without saying, a wonderful place to see, we spent two days there and didn't see it all. We also explored Richmond Park, which is about a 20 minute walk down the Thames Path.
Bottom line, noisy fellow tenants, facilities in flat need some repair but are usable, location couldn't be better, easy access to shopping and transportation. Would recommend to family and friends.
This is our second stay at the apartment, and would thoroughly recommend it. We cannot fault any of the facilities/location/security/surroundings.
The apartment is centrally located to the bus services/train services and shopping is so good at Kew Retail Park, just minutes walk away.
One of our favourite walks was along the Thames river to Mortlake, sometimes via The Ship, a nice pub on the way!

Stayed here for 4 nights, very comfortable and everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious and well located. Melissa was extremely helpful and was waiting for us when we arrived.
M&S food is just behind the complex which is very handy, there are also other shops within about 10 minutes walk. We went to a nice pub on Kew Green, and the Thames Path is 2 minutes walk away, where we walked down to the Ship pub which is on the riverside. Kew station is just 10 minutes walk where you can get the District Line straight into London.

We decided against booking a Hotel in London, as it is very difficult to find a 'Real' Child Friendly Hotel. The location was perfect, around 25 minutes on the tube to Central London. Richmond was literally 2 minutes away.
The flat itself is very spaciously furnished, not too much yet not too little. Just right i would say! The wireless broadband is a huge bonus also! The kitchen well equipped and luckily enough there is a M&S Supermarket, just around the back. At the Kew Gardens train station I highly recommend both the Cafe for Breakfast and the Fish and Chip Shop. All in all, we had a weeks stay and would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone thinking of visiting London.
Melissa was great in her communications, quick to answer any questions before we arrived. She was at the property to meet us upon our arrival. in order to show us the 'bits and bobs' of the flat.
My husband and I stayed in this one-bedroom flat for 4 weeks. It was well equipped, spacious, and about 15 minutes walk from the nearest Underground station. The photographs are entirely accurate, the interior is stylish and comfortable. Within 5 minutes walk from the flat is a shopping centre with a supermarket and pharmacy. The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew are about 20 minutes walk from the flat. The area around the Underground station has lots of lovely restaurants, a marvelous bookshop and some more good local shops. The owner was extremely helpful, easy to contact, gave us advice about the area, and helpful with regard to arrival and departure times.
Spacious first floor holiday apartment in popular residential development, with on site porter and wonderful communal gardens leading down to the river Thames. The development is adjacent to Kew Gardens (the famous Royal Botanic Gardens) and is within just five minutes walk of transport links. There are shops and supermarkets conveniently located, also within 5 minutes walk of the development.
It is located just a 10 minute drive from Richmond town centre (or less than an hour's riverside walk), and 20 minutes from Kingston Upon Thames. Both offer a wide selection of shops, in addition to riverside bars and restaurants.

The remainder of the booking fee must be paid within 1 calendar month of your arrival date.
A security deposit of £100 is also required and shall be paid with the balance of the booking fee and will be refunded 10 days after the end of your booking, provided breakages and damages have not occurred.
