Real Find 3 or 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo w/ Pool At Beach & Boardwalk

Edgewater Estates - your answer to the best condominium complex in Ocean City located on Plymouth Place - between 7th and 8th Streets. Enjoy the convenience of the beach and boardwalk just down the block with NO street to cross. Amusements, shopping, arcades, water park and restaurants all very near too. PLUS it has its own private, heated pool for the convenience of the 12 condominium owners and renters.

Unit being done over with new curtains, bedding etc. Will post new pictures when completed.

You can enter the building from the parking area in the rear or up a few steps to the front door. The 4th bedroom or den is located on this level and has a futon bed, small eating area and a TV for your enjoyment. There is a full bath off this room and the door to the pool and parking.

The stairs take you to the 2nd level where there is a remodeled kitchen, nice separate dining area and a large living room with fireplace and door to the front deck where you can sit and enjoy looking at the water park. There is a washer and dryer area and the master bedroom at the back with another full bath. Sliding glass doors take you onto a small deck where you can sit and look at the pool.

The stairs in the living room take you to the top level where there is a large bedroom that overlooks the living room and a smaller bedroom with another small deck. Off the large hallway there is another full bath.

You do not have to worry about parking as there are two reserved spots. You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, stores and restaurants. The library, fitness center, museum and Senior Center is at 17th St.

This condo is just a hop, skip and jump to the boardwalk and beach where there are shops and plenty of food! You can walk just 3 short blocks to the town center with a variety of stores and eateries.

If you want to visit a wonderful zoo, that is just a 15 minute drive south on the Garden State Parkway to Cape May Court House or you can go in the opposite direction to a 20 minute ride to the Atlantic City Casinos.
