Hayloft, Millers and Olde Granary cottages: We have combined luxury with original features and created 3 beautiful one bedroom cottages (with room for an extra child or baby), with stunning decor and highest quality furnishings and fittings. Choose between 3 cottages, each with Modern Contura woodburners set on a piece of local delabole Slate. Our 2 storey Millers cottage has a huge bedroom with bathroom (shower over bath) and a clik clak sofa for a child and underfloor heating in the slate floored living area. A sunny sit out area to enjoy the outdoors. Olde Granary has french doors leading off a large bedroom to a patio area in its own garden. Oak wood laminate flooring throughout this cottage which has exposed A frames. The Hayloft cottage is reached via stone and granite steps to the stable door. Again, lovely lofty ceilings with exposed beams and a south facing veranda looking across the valley. All centrally heated (fully inclusive) and a recommended destination all year round.

On site you can enjoy the games room with table tennis, pool table and darts or have some fun on our pitch 'n' putt set in an acre of meadowland. Alternatively meander along the picturesque valley on our beautiful Nature trail (wheelchair & pushchair friendly) or relax in the quiet grounds.

It is a secluded rural hideaway of self catering cottages and lodges set in a peaceful hollow on the fringes of bodmin moor. Ta Mill offers the perfect holiday, be it that long weekend or peaceful break in an idyllic setting. Escape to paradiseand soak up the quiet ambiance in a place where nature thrives.

Ideally situated for Cornwall and Devon: Ta Mill is ideally situated for touring both Cornwall and Devon. Nearby attractions include the North cornish coastline, Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude, Padstow and Port Isaac, renowned for the filming of Doc Martin and the historic market town of Launceston with its castle ruins. Eden project and Heligan gardens are well worth a visit. National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock and Cotehele are popular destinations. Although Ta Mill is hidden away in its own peaceful valley, it is superbly situated for visiting the North and South coasts of Cornwall, both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor and of course countless gardens and historic houses and castles. To entertain the younger visitor local attractions include Trethorne leisure farm (10 miles), Hidden Valley(9 miles) and Crealy adventure park (20 miles).
