Condo With 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Within Feet Of Pool And Beach.

Come enjoy this lovely 1500 square foot, two bedroom, two full bath, beachfront secluded condo within steps of a pristine beach and the gulf of mexico on Sanible Island. Enjoy super full views of the ocean, pool, and lush tropical flora.

The very private 27-unit complex in five buildings on 13 acres sits on a quiet no outlet street, next to a wildlife preserve, on the Gulf of Mexico shore. Unit 302 is located in the one story building.

Recently remodelled with a tommy bahama theme, this quiet condo sleeps 6 people, with two large bedrooms featuring a king and twin beds, and a spacious living room with sleep sofa. Amenities include air/heat conditioning, ceiling fans in each room, two phones, 3 tv's with cable, stereo radio, linens and towels, washer/dryer, wall mounted hair dryers, four bikes and beach equipment.

A complete kitchen features a full oven, stove, microwave oven, cookware and utensils, diswasher, and outside grills. A private screened lanai ovelooks the heated pool, and the beautiful gulf shore beach of Sanibel Island famous for its unique shelling.

Sanibel Island and adjacent Captiva Island are world famous vacation destinations located off Florida's gulf coast. Explore the Island by the many bike paths and walking trails. Every type of boating and water sport is available. There is excellent fishing and Sanibel is world famous for shelling. An excellent shell collection is at the public library. The wonderful Ding Darling bird and wildlife sanctuary features unique birds, alligators and other wildlife. Two beautifully maintained golf and tennis clubs, great shops and exceptionally fine restaurants compliment this beautiful island.

One of Sanible Islands most exprienced vacation rental management firms will service our guests, providing check-in services and maid services prior to and after your stay. If you need anything, they are fully staffed and have an after-hous telephone number for check-in or other needs. Additional maid services, cribs, rollaway beds and other child care or guest convenience items are available at additiona charge. Trip insurance is also avaialable.

We use Royal Shell Vacations as our rental agent. After you contact me, I contact them to give them the your special discounted rate as posted here. They will contact you with the payment plans and other details for the rental agreement.
Fees And Taxes All taxes and fees are inclded in the rental charge. Taxes include 6% sales and 5% bed tax. Fees include administrative costs, linen, house keeping and cleaning. All these are included in your rental charge. There are no other charges to you. Bikes, tennis and beach equipment are on the site for your use at no additional cost to you.
Rentals begin and end on Saturdays. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

"We spent a very relaxing, fun-filled week on Sanibel Island."

The location is great; we made use of the owner's bicycles and did miles of riding each day. All appliances and video equipment were in good working order and up to date. The condo has a very comfortable feel to it; the grounds are well-maintained and groomed each day. We would definitely return to this condo.

We had a wonderful week here at your Condo. Our first time on Sanibel. We will definetly be back. Our 9 year old son loved it as well. Biking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, shelling, it was all good.
