Beautiful new (in 2013) 1300 square foot condominium, second floor unit (only 1/2 flight of stairs to the front door) with an oversize garage - great for storing skis and bikes. Located in Fraser, just 2 miles outside the town of Winter Park. Fraser tubing hill is 1 mile away, beautiful hiking and biking trails in the summer out the front door. Catch the free ski shuttle to the slopes at the entrance of The Timbers and be at the base of winter park in minutes.
Perfect for a families, we love children! Our mountain home has everything you could need. The three bedrooms are set back down the hallway, so the kids can get to bed and the adults can relax! In the family room we have a 47' LCD flat screen HDTV, a Bluray/DVD player and digital cable. You can sit in front of the gas fireplace on the new warm sectional sofa and love seat.
All the beds are memory foam with luxury linens. The master suite has a queen size bed, 32' LCD smart TV with Bluray/DVD, a private patio w/ light blocker curtains for a great nights rest, large closet, dresser, and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, plus a trundle. It has a closet, dresser, and a set of drawers under the bunk to keep all the kids 'stuff' organized. The third bedroom is a study with beautiful double doors with privacy curtains, a 32' LCD smart TV w/ blue-ray/DVD, dresser, and an amazing American Leather comfort sleeper sofa. The sofa folds out into a queen size Tempur-pedic bed that our guests fight over! (no springs or bars in this comfy sleeper) we have pack-n-play available for babies or toddlers. The second bathroom is quite spacious with toilet/tub area separate from the sink - perfect for getting all the kiddos ready! All linens and towels provided with plenty of hanging space for all the towels.
The large kitchen is big enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen! We have new stainless steel appliances, granite tile counter tops and everything you will need to make your meals at home. There is a Safeway grocery store just a mile down the road. The dining room table has seating for 6-10 with 2 leaves to expand it. There are an additional four stools at the bar. The condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer and a propane BBQ for you to use, just roll it out of the garage. We have included the detergent, dish soap, spices, and other condiments.
The community hot tubs are just out our front door, we have beach towels for you to use. There is great sledding for the kids just steps away, you can even watch the kids while you are staying warm by the gas fireplace. Sleds are in the garage for extra fun! Also, 2 miles down the road you will find a amazing rec center that guests can visit all year round. They have indoor pools with water slides, basketball courts, workout facility, and a rock wall! In the summertime we have a few bikes that you are welcome to use. Some amazing mountain biking at the 'red gate' is located a 1/2 mile from our front door.

Our family loves to ski, fish, bike, and hike. Our favorite place to visit was always Winter Park, so we decided what better way to spend our vacations than at our own condo. This is truly our 'home away from home.' We live near Kansas City, 10 hours away from our new condo, so we were hoping that other nice families would be able to use it when we are not there!

What makes this condo unique
Our condo is amazing because it is brand new (2013). The Timbers is a great location because it is on the free bus route to Winter Park/Mary Jane, sledding and hot tubing steps from the front door. The views are some of the best because that we are on the second floor and do not having any other buildings behind us. The property behind us will forever stay undeveloped! This makes it feel like you are at a secluded mountain getaway. Come check it out and see why we love it so much!
