Pat and I just recently purchased and furnished this beautifully renovated townhome. We chose it because it is in a great neighbourhood close to everything. The towncenter of Palm Springs and the airport are only minutes away. Ralphs grocery store is within easy walking distance. The small mall it is in has many services including post office,hair dresser and restaurants.A short drive brings you to the new Smoke Tree Commons with a variety of larger stores.
All the furniture, linens and kitchenware are new. The Master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress and a 32' HDMI TV. The large master bathroom has double sinks and a large shower stall. There is a large walk-in closet attached the the master bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a new pillow top queen bed.
Beside this is the second bathroom with a bath/shower enclosure. Both bathrooms have new tile floors. The large vaulted living room/dining has new laminated floors that lead out to the rear patio. In the living room you will find beautiful leather furniture and a new 50 inch smart TV with Netflix ready to go. The patio looks out on a lovely mountain view. You can sit there and have a grapefruit or orange for breakfast from one of the numerous citrus trees on the property.You can enjoy dinner cooked on our new Weber grill.There is a pool just 50 yards from the patio and a second pool a short walk away. The tennis courts are found right beside the second pool.
The large kitchen has new laminate and granite counters. The laundry room is just of the kitchen.There is a garage attached to the town home for one car.

Pat and I grew up in Winnipeg, Canada. As a kid many of our friends parents went to Palm Springs to escape the long freezing winters.This led us to come to Palm Springs for the last 10 years. We chose this property for two reasons. First of all because it was recently renovated and is in a very well maintained development. The second reason was its location. It is close to the Palm Springs town centre. Palm Springs has undergone a rejuvenation in the last few years. There are numerous great restaurants with reasonable prices. The city and surrounding area has numerous events, festivals and theatre thru out the year that rival any metropolitan area without the negatives of a large city.
We like to golf and hike. Both of these are readily available within minutes of this property. What else can we say, it's perfect!
