This highly functional and family friendly home features 1,800 square feet of luxurious living space, three bedrooms, three full and one half baths, and accommodates up to ten guests comfortably.

The residence blends graciously into the surrounding landscape and features a private outdoor hot tub to enjoy this peaceful setting from. The main living area boasts an open floor plan, making the home perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The large rock fireplace is warm and inviting, and the expansive bank of windows gives the space great views of the beautiful mountain forests. The sophisticated gourmet kitchen comes fully-equipped with European appliances, and is the ideal place for family and friends to congregate around. The impressive dining area seats eight, with additional seating for three more at the breakfast bench. Kids will enjoy the game room that offers a Wii and Xbox game console system.

With every reservation we include our complimentary Guest Experience Coordinator, with a meet and greet service for each guest arriving at the residence to complete a walk-through and answer any questions. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

I had a few of my company execs stay at this house for a week to attend a winter board meeting. It is a nice house, but the furniture is basic cheap "rental" furniture. Also, please note, that the house is really a 5 bedroom home and not a legal 7 bedroom home. One bedroom is an office with no window treatments above the kitchen that they made into a "make shift bedroom". This is a terrible room option for any occupant. Also, the "children's" room is not a legal bedroom. This is a sub-par room option for anyone as it doesn't have any windows - thus being extremely stuffy and hot. To ensure everyone has an optimal stay, it should be rented as a legal 5 bedroom home and price accordingly. Last, please make sure nothing is left behind. We had to diligently stay on management to look for some left behind items. Sometimes it happens with so many ppl occupying one house. One item, they found, the other is still missing.... even though it was left in a drawer..... At the rate this home is rented, you would think it wouldn't be a huge problem to grant the occupants a simple call to let us know you found any property left or to do thorough walk-thru. Thank you.
